Great property and great location for a small family vacation! Loved having access to both the beach and pool. Can’t beat the beach front access and views! Excellent communication with the owner who was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was as clean as a beach front rental is going to get and we were happy with the cleanliness. Much better than other properties we have stayed in on the island previously. Would recommend this property to others and stay here again!

Have been going to these condos for years. Excellent communication with owner. Only thing would be to be more clear about what cleaning sheets looks like. Thats on us as well but we had to pay cleaning fee at the end. Plan to stay there again!!!

View from the living room was excellent. Very nice and comfortable condo. A few updates and repairs would make it even nicer (ice maker, shelf in the Master bathroom, more coffee cups, some light bulbs need replaced). However we would book this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay at Queens Grant! The condo was recently updated, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfy, the views were beautiful, and the location is unmatched. The owners were very quick to respond and assist in a slight mishap with the upstairs condo, and I would definitely rent this unit again!
