About this property

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our condominium is located in the heart of the medical district. A short walk to restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. This historical home was built in the 1820s but has since been converted to condos. This unit was fully remodeled in Winter 2022 with new flooring, furniture, and fresh paint. This unit is available for 28+ night stays only.
The front door opens into the main living area which consists of a full kitchen, dining area (seating for 4) and the living room. The kitchen features a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and Keurig. Dinnerware, glassware, and cooking ware have all been provided. The living room can comfortably seat 4 guests in front of the 50” Roku TV (streaming services must be accessed on guest’s personal accounts). Bedroom 1 is directly off of the living room and features a full-size bed and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is down the short hallway with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet. The shared bathroom is also at the end of the hall - newly remodeled in 2022 it features a walk-in shower. Full sized washer and dryer are located in closet of bedroom 2.
