Family reunion

After some initial difficulties, the property managers handled our difficulties with courtesy and prompt attention. The space was perfect for our family gathering, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the newly remodeled bathrooms were very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Ps The broken steps mentioned in the previous review have been repaired and are now very safe.

Great property for families

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is close to Old Market and zoo. We were in town for a wedding and the house was big enough for our entire family. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely Disappointing, Thankfully I was able to be moved to another property.

Broken concrete stairs, where at least two of the steps had more than fifty percent of the step gone. The remaining steps were marginally better. We arrived at around 8:45 PM. it was getting fairly dark, no lights were on I fell going up the stairs and sustained an injured to my knee that I had replaced five years ago. Hardwood floors had gouged sections missing from the floor. Area rug was a tripping hazard, an up turned corner. The backdoor had a window treatment with a large strain, filthy looking. I like a hot shower, but the water to the shower had to be set close to maximum temperature. Lastly, I saw small bugs that running were running around all over the kitchen counter when turned on the lights in the next morning. This property is not ready for any customer, even if a person is less that discerning about where they stay; dangerous; don't know it got pass the city inspectors.
