Beautiful stay close to everything Omaha has to offer

Made a family trip to the zoo and the stay was perfect. The home is well kept, stocked for a stay and had plenty of room to feel comfortable. We thought the outdoor space was a great plus as well. Located close to everything we were looking to do and would recommend to any groups looking to make a trip. Would definitely book again!

Little Italy

The house was very nice! It is in an okay neighborhood close to the Old Market. The property owner was very responsive when we had cleaning concerns. He had his cleaning crew come back and fix what they had not cleaned. He did refund my cleaning fee, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Hopefully they will make changes after expressing our concerns.

Wedding weekend

Stayed here for a long weekend for a family wedding. House was surprisingly quiet as we had a baby with us. You definitely hear and feel the trains going by but that didn’t bother us. Kitchen was well equipped and I appreciated that they had kids plates, bowls, cups, utensils. Overall it worked great for our family and was only a 5-10 min drive from everywhere we wanted to be !

This home was a perfect fit for my family! There was more than enough space and house was very clean and cozy! The host was also great and responded to any questions I had and made our stay even more comfortable! Would definitely recommend and book again if ever in the area again!

Perfect Location and Great Home

This was perfect for our visit to the Omaha zoo. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and attractions. The host was responsive and had clear, easy instructions for checkout and the house was clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

This house is perfect! Beautifully decorated, lots of space, great kitchen, and nice patio area. It is within walking distance to old market, so the location is fantastic! If in Omaha again, I will definitely be staying here again.

Great little getaway

This little house was the perfect choice for a small gathering of women while my sister was in town. The backyard is a good size, and we were able to do a fun group craft project out there. The house itself was perfect for a snack smorgasbord and movie watching, and had enough beds for several of us to stay over. We didn't use the basement, but it was nice to have the extra bed options just in case. The kitchen is really nice. We could have used some scissors along with the other silverware and utensils provided. The add-on zoo kit option is clever and seems like it would be a great added value for families!The neighborhood was quiet (with the occasional train nearby, which doesn't bother us), and having so much parking space in the back driveway was a definite plus. The little upstairs balcony is super cute and we saw lots of birds, squirrels, and bunnies in the yard while we were staying there (all perks in my book).A couple of our guests did notice some dirt on the floors and a few missing bed linens during our stay, which I didn't find out about until we were checking out of the house. The host assured me this is not normal, and I am inclined to believe him - surfaces other than the floors looked spotless and the bed I slept in had everything on it. Jeremy was kind and responsive throughout the booking and visiting process and we had no issues otherwise. We enjoyed the time away and would definitely recommend this house and host!

Great place to stay in Omaha. Conveniently close to downtown and airport. The stairs are steeper than regular stairs, so should be taken into consideration when booking. Updated older home with all the necessities provided.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless! Jeremy was very responsive! We were close to local restaurants, bars, and the zoo. We loved the pizza place down the block! We loved the hospitality that was provided within the space! We will definitely try to stay at one of Jeremy’s homes again if we are back in the area!

2023 World Cup Finals

Pleasant stay for sure! Well appointed, very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice location-walking distance to CHI Health Center (1.2mi) which we did daily & Downtown-Old Market district. Walked to Zoo (a little over 2 miles). Would definitely stay again. Property manager was very accessible & prompt.

Absolutely perfect!

The house was just as pictured. Very clean and great space! We had 6 adults & 2 very young kids and it was great for our group. The fenced in yard was great for the kids and the dogs we brought. Jeremy was great at communicating and always responded quickly. House is about a 5-6 min drive to the zoo and 4-5 min drive to anywhere in the old market. Absolutely great trip!
