This wonderful crash pad is being offered as a monthly rental in an OVER 55 RETIREMENT COMMUNITY on a month-to-month basis. Friendly neighbors, convenient location,Jonathan Valley is nestled 3 miles from Maggie Valley and 11 miles from downtown Waynesville, NC. Cozy and comfortable with two rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the sunset go over the mountains. Small stream in the backyard, Quiet, relaxing screened porch. Small dogs are allowed with prior approval.

I am a southern lady educated in New York City with a degree in Interior Design. As time has gone on, I have been a designer, artist, massage therapist, esthetician, spa owner and now I have gravitated to being an Entrepreneur in the short term rental business with 4 short term rentals in Ann Arbor Michigan and 2 in Waynesville, NC. I will be opening a new one in the spring of 2023 called "The Artful Zen Mountain Retreat" closer to Asheville. I always take the high road and my life is built on truth, beauty and goodness. My spiritual values are expressed with my love of life and people (and dogs) and the art of living.

Why they chose this property

This house was purchased as an investment as well as a place to "park it" when I am in the mountains. I can see myself here full time when I am in my 80's. That is only 10 years away!! The community has a great reputation for having caring, mature folks who have each other's backs. I want a community in my senior years so I will some day be a full time resident again here.
