This 3/2 house will accommodate all your needs on your stay. Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautiful furnished home. It has a 2-car garage, with a fenced in big backyard. This house is very comfy and about 2 miles from LA Tech, very close to downtown, also. Very close to Ruston sports complex. 1 king, 2 queen beds and a blow up mattress if needed. 4 smart TVs. House has everything you will need. Do allow pets with the $70 pet fee. No smoking, of any kind

Perfect place to stay for your family. So close to LA Tech!Anything you think you might need in the kitchen they have for you to use. We spent a lot of time outside under the umbrella in the rocking chairs . We will be staying here again when we come to visit our college student.

Felt like home. I loved how easy it was to find but it was also close to La tech. Very peaceful area.The fridge had plenty of condiments and there were a variety of snacks in cabinets and on the counter

Ideal family space

Very simple, clean, and organized space ideal for a family stay. We enjoyed a using the grill to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, the dogs loved the backyard, and we did not have to leave to do laundry after our week long stay. Host was very accomodating for check in and through I ut our stay.

Awesome place and location

Had an easy and perfect stay at this location. Our boys had baseball games all weekend and it was in a great location and the property manager was very accommodating and understanding. Let's do it again real soon!
