Easy Does It is located in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Tenkiller.
Check in is anytime after 4:00 PM - This is the earliest we can promise to have the property available for your stay. We can occasionally accommodate early check-ins however, these are not guaranteed and must be pre-arranged with your host. If you need a guaranteed early check-in time, it is recommended to add the additional night before to your reservation.

Guests will have private access to the property via keyless entry. The unique access code will be sent just before the check-in date. Rental agreement must be signed before check-in instructions will be sent.

Weekend Lake Getaway

This property was fantastic! It was so clean and cozy. Great hospitality and had everything extra you could think of. Also close to the boat ramp which was an added bonus for us! By far the best VRBO we’ve stayed at.

Cookson gem

Great house, close to marinas and the lake. Perfect for our small group. Best bathrooms of any of the 6 other properties we have rented on Lake Tenkiller. The shower is worth the price to stay after a long day on the lake.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary and it was amazing. We took our boat and the proximity to the ramp was perfect. The house was incredibly outfitted and exactly what we hoped to find. Can’t wait to go back!

The master bedroom offers a comfy king size bed while the guest bedroom provides a twin over full bunk bed. There is also a pull out queen bed in the living room couch. With a warm cup of coffee in hand, you're sure to relax from the front porch rocking chairs or the cozy Adirondack chairs around the fire pit.
