Ask about golf cart rental availability. This is first class 5* service. You can get around with ease and even load up a cooler and head to the beach.

Take long rides across beautiful sandy beach.

The rooftop is a perfect place for privacy you can bring up a cooler relax and just enjoy the gorgeous views 360°!

This is an amazing 2 story Penthouse suite we have just finished up. Everything is newer and all remodeled. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom.

4 SMART TVS. Living room and all bedrooms. All WIFI READY. Sound system is connected to TV for Movies and or better sounding music.

King Bed on the top floor all to one couples self! Upper and lower Balconies with amazing views (Best views around) You can view the ocean and the largest saltwater pool from the main floor and to top Balcony.

Upper Stereo system for balcony. WIFI, Bluetooth led speaker.

2 Lower bedrooms with full baths attached to each room.

New, fridge with ice maker, new stove, new oven, all new kitchen, new bar table top, all 4 new smart tv's, all setup for your enjoyment. Netflix, YouTube whatever!!

WIFI HIGH SPEED!!!

All brand new AC units in all rooms.

Your own private pool downstairs open till 11PM!!

6 people per stay are allowed at the largest saltwater pool in Central America. (pool slide area)

Also that pool allows you full access to peddle boats and waterslides ($$).

If you wanted in the all inclusive resort, let's say for the day. Its approximately $60 all you can eat and drink from 8AM till 2AM.

Or half days for approx. $30.

You can simply spoil yourself to an all you can eat lunch and drinks as well.

Beach Bars are open from Thursday to Sunday and has great food and drink options.

We are trying out the option of renting and allowing access to our lifted golf cart to get you around safe and quick!! Drive it to the beach with a cooler and chill for the day in the residents private access beach area.

the golf cart is for rent for daily, weekly, monthly rental.

Its a real game changer.

(will have to sign waivers and contracts just as the VRBO)
