The house is located on the 7th Fairway of Rolling Stone Golf Course in summer months and in the winter months the golf course becomes the Ski Touring Center where you can enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, skate skiing and much more right out the back door.

One of the best features of this suite is the large entertainment room downstairs with a large stone gas fireplace with its own separate living space. The kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, microwave, large sink, wine fridge, small refrigerator/freezer, K-cup coffee maker, convection toaster oven, utensils, dinnerware is a great spot to grab your cup of coffee before heading out. Enjoy the large dining table for meals and game night after a fun filled day.

Downstairs:
One bedroom with queen bed and adjacent one bathroom with scenic golf course views.

You access the suite through your own private entrance from a shared garage. One garage parking spot is available for you to use. Enter through the private upper level laundry/mudroom with washer and dryer. Also, on this level is an open loft with a spiral staircase leading down to the main entertainment room. Please know that the spiral staircase is the access to the suite.

Enjoy time for Ski Apres sipping drinks and looking at the valley views of Steamboat on the lower deck.

Steamboat mountain ski drop off area is 1 mile away. A free parking lot is available .5 mile away from the house with roundtrip shuttle up to the ski mountain daily.

Relax and soak in the Old Town Hot Springs downtown after a day of adventure only 1.5 miles away or go experience the famous Strawberry Park Hot Springs just 10 miles away.
