The perfect beach getaway. Come and enjoy the tranquility of this suite near the beach. With a large open area that offers a contemporary design, which you will find relaxing. Great air conditioning and ceiling fans will ensure a comfortable rest. The kitchen is large and fully stocked, making it easy to cook your favorite meal. But, if you would rather dine out, there are restaurants nearby, and the beach is a very short walk.
No smoking on the property. Smoking will incur a $500 fee.

Park Shore Suites 145th Madeira

Except for the bathroom floor the unit was very clean at check-in. Overall the unit is ideal for a couple, modern furniture and kitchen appliances, kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to prepare meals, king bed was comfortable. Pictures on website are truly representative of heat you get. Owner (Nickolas) and customer service rep (Rachel) were easy to contact and very responsive to minor issues that arose (shower draining slowly, clogged with long hairs, and Spectum cable went out during last 36 hrs of our stay --- a Spectrum outage problem, not a Park Shores issue). On the whole we'd highly recommend, give it 5 stars, and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Nic and Rachel for a great experience. Hope to see you again.
