Perfect private villa in a members only community with private pool, outdoor kitchen, all king beds. Coco Linda in the newest private community in Sosua. Convenient to all the downtown shops, restaurants, activities, and beaches. As a renter you will get all privileges a VIP member receives: up to 20% discount on excursions, 15% discount at Castaway Restaurant on site, access to the on site water park, VIP bar areas, discounts on personal massages, discount on personal chef, Shuttle Bus to Sosua Beach and Cabarete. Casa Linda is guest friendly.
*We have several 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units located in Casa Linda. The pictures featured in this listing is only one of the units, but all are very similar. We will confirm the exact unit upon booking.
**Each unit has utility fees. Since these are all private villas there is an additional fee per day of $175 for 3 bedrooms for utilities, daily maid service, pool cleaning, and 24hr maintenance access.
***Private transportation for airport transfers are also available. We also have a private driver that can be available for up to 6 people for only $100 per day.

A group of friends and family that have been frequenting Dominican Republic for several years. We finally decided to purchase membership in a community in Sosua that allows other to experience the beauty of the island. Experiencing Sosua in your own private villa complete with a pool is the only way to go.

Why they chose this property

This property was convenient to downtown activities, beach access, excursions, while allowing VIP amenities of a private resort community. We have access to 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms all with private pools. Private chef and private transportation also available.
