Welcome to your home away from home in Bettendorf! This fully furnished condo in the Forest Grove Crossing community offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy three spacious bedrooms, including a king, queen, and twin bed, along with two full bathrooms. Benefit from the convenience of a heated two-car attached garage, a private balcony, and a dedicated workspace in the third bedroom. Relax by the gas fireplace and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. Perfectly located near Bettplex Sports Complex, shopping, dining, and Isle Casino, this condo is ideal for families and groups.

Our 3 bedrooms all have plenty of closet space and extra sheets as needed, especially for those longer stays. It is a roomy master suite and attached bathroom, with a spacious walk-in closet.



For beautiful weather, the back balcony/patio space is perfect to sit and relax.



Please note we hire professional cleaners between every stay, so you can be sure there will be fresh sheets and towels when you arrive.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and may come and go as they please. While there are quiet hours, there is no curfew. We use an electronic smart lock for safe and convenient contactless entry, great for checking in and out! The 2 car attached and garage is available for guests to use during their stay. To note, our 3-bedroom units are on the 2nd level, and entry is via a covered/enclosed stairway.



Other Things to Note:

We kindly request that you respect our property, as we are not suited for parties or large gatherings. We strive to maintain a high standard to provide our guests with the best possible living experience. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note that all our units are strictly non-smoking, including the garage. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We allow one dog, maximum 50 lbs, and charges may apply. Late check-out between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM incurs a $50 fee; check-out after 11:00 AM will be charged a full night's rate. Late check-out without a fee may be possible if the unit is not rented the same day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Bettendorf for Thanksgiving

Our families live in and around the Quad City area and this was the first year we got our own place to stay. The location is super convenient to groceries and the interstate. The weather ended up being colder than we anticipated during our stay and wish the house would have had a few extra blankets but otherwise we had a great stay and really enjoyed this property. Thanks!

Great weekend getaway

Great condo - roomy and clean. Twin beds are best for kids. There is a lot of traffic noise from nearby highway. Description should mention it's up a flight of stairs. No shampoo or shower gel but we were prepared.

Felt like home

We were in the area to visit family after a funeral. The condo was spacious and allowed us to gather with our family. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals there. It was centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants and made it easy to get around town. Nice quiet neighborhood, we took morning walks every day. The neighborhood seems fairly new so there was some minor construction going on. The condo backed up to a rest stop on the interstate but there was a large fence behind the property so it was never an issue. There was some road noise in one of the bedrooms but a sound machine or fan would help if you are sensitive to noise. It is an upstairs unit but the stairs are in the interior and it has a full size garage. Overall we thought it was a great fit for us.

Overall okay

At arrival, no towels were set out at all. We had to hunt them down in the dryer where they were still wet. There were no toiletries, which was a first for us in a vrbo, but more importantly, there was no hand soap sitting out. We had to look underneath cabinets to find some, where we also found disgusting brushes and razors renters had left that no one cleaned up.

Excellent property

This property was in a quiet, safe location, very clean, nice furnishings and well equipped kitchen. We had a equipment failure with the entry lock that prevented entry but with a quick text the problem was resolved. Thank you to the property management !! It was a great stay. The only recommendation is better or illuminated house numbers. It is impossible to read the numbers when it is dark. When every property on the street looks the same, very important.
