[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Mold/mildew

Lovely condo with a fabulous view of the beach. Upon opening the door to our condo, we noticed a distinctive mold/mildew smell. I emailed the staff at the condo for a new room as I suffer from a mold allergy. Condo team said they didn’t have any other condo to rent. They did send up a maintenance man who advised us to keep the a/c unit very cold. Nobody should stay here until the mold smell is fixed.

We have since investigated the issue and have determined that the mold smell was caused by a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. We have replaced the unit and have taken steps to ensure that the condo is properly ventilated and free of mold. We are committed to providing our guests with a clean and comfortable experience, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this case.
