Awesome Hills - Awesome house + Awesome view equals a grand slam! This charming home is nestled on a gentle knoll on a 40 acre lot. Take a short hike to the top of the hill to discover the scenic pond. Take time to enjoy natural beauty and quiet. Or relax on the stone patio that overlooks the valley and rolling hills beyond. Beautiful flower gardens surround the home and the patio. The soothing sounds from the built-in patio fountain combine beautifully with frequent bird songs. The large well-maintained yard is ideal for outdoor fun.

This home is a 5 minute drive to All Star Village.

This gracious home, built in the 1950s, has spacious common areas and a recently renovated large eat-in kitchen - complete with custom built cabinetry and granite counter tops. Multi-generational families enjoy the combination of a first floor master bedroom, complete with en suite bath and 4 more bedrooms on the second floor. There are two more baths - both off the hallway on the second floor. There are also two half baths, one on the first floor and one in the lower level.

There are several areas for people to gather. In addition to the large living room, the sun room leading to the stone patio, and the patio, there is a spacious game room in the finished basement. The game room has something for everyone - Foosball, 50" flat- screen TV, a piano and toys and books for small children. The laundry room and a half bath are located next to the game room.

Perfect Accommodations and Great Hosts

Stayed here during our week at Cooperstown Allstar Village. The house has everything you could possibly need plus more. There is plenty of space inside and out. House is very well maintained and close to Allstar Village. I can't recommend this place enough.

Incredible Country Property 5 Min from CASV

Can't say enough good things about this property. Lisa was a gem to work with. We had 4 families stay together (with some of our spouses/children on site at CASV). The kids had a blast exploring the property and the kitchen was huge and so fun to cook in with a larger group. The beds were comfortable, the house was immaculate. Having all the "extras" already there was such a huge help, such a well stocked house. The location to CASV can not be beat. Thank you Lisa and Tom!

A MUST STAY AT FOR COOPERSTOWN!

We absolutely loved our stay at Awesome Hills! It was the perfect peaceful get away during our trip for Cooperstown All-Star Village. The home was clean, very spacious, and couldn't have been more perfect for our stay. It was super close to All-Star Village as well, which was very convenient!

All Star Village Cooperstown Vacation

We had a great stay in July for our kids All Star Village baseball week. We had 4 families stay - 10 people total - and we had lots of room for us to all feel comfortable. This home is clean and spacious and the owners were very kind to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved our stay at Awesome Hills. Plenty of room for a large family or 2. Everything you need in the kitchen. 5 minutes to All Star Village is perfect between games. Patio was so relaxing with the fountain. Gameroom got plenty of use.100% recommended.

Amazing location, spacious house, great hosts.

This house was absolutely perfect for our baseball family. We had 5 rooms with comfortable beds, TV in each one, self controlled air conditioner in each room. There were plenty of clean towels, enough space in the dining room, living room and kitchen that we never felt “on top” of each other. Outside patio was a wonderful space where we could cook, let the kids run around and play in the yard, dads played cornhole. The location is amazing- 5 minutes to the park for rain delays at the baseball field. 10 minutes to town for restaurants and shopping at Walmart. Great communication with the host. Any questions she had, they answered. We had a clogged drain in one of the showers and they came over same day and repaired it within hours. We have no single complaint!!

Awesome Hill is for sure AWESOME

This place is a must stay. From the first initial communication with the host, I knew we were going to be in good hands. When we arrived, the hosts were waiting for us so they could show us around and give us a few details for our stay. The house was beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking views. All of the rooms were very large and spacious. The house was clear and comfortable. Lisa even has a section downstairs that has "extras" that other guests have left that were super helpful and useful for our boys while at All Star Village. There was a tub of bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows and sleeping bags), there were cooling towels, coolers, tailgate chairs, stadium seat cushions, umbrellas, literally everything we would need and more. If anything came up (just one thing, the TV's in 2 rooms were not working), they came over right away and fixed it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to town for All Star Village. It was literally 6 minutes away so SUPER convenient, and the house was just perfect. Large kitchen, large rooms with comfortable beds, AV in every room, large driveway, grill. THIS IS A MUST STAY!!!
