Pool was awesome temp, hot tub worked as expected, place was clean, games were intact..Some expected wear and tear as a rental - otherwise, great place to stay!

Excellent for groups

Our group had a mix of adults and teens ( 17-19) who loved the amenities. It is about a 5 minute drive to the beach and has great access to local shops in town. The house is even more spectacular than the listing!

This property was rated a 10. I find that hard to believe and feel a 7 would be more accurate. Reasons include: ant infestation that pest control was called in to manage, bird poop covering large areas of side decks, torn and ratty looking deck furniture cushions, walk to beach is much longer than listed with property guide without cutting through restricted neighborhoods. The house itself was sufficient for our large group and all children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Air hockey and shuffleboard games were aged and did not perform as would be expected.
