The town of Emigrant, has a bakery, BBQ joint, Saloon and an amazing General Store. It is also very close to Chico Hot Springs Resort, which has horseback riding, a day spa and a wonderful outdoor mineral pool that is open till 11 pm. The house has an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are two wings. The first wing has one bedroom with twin beds, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom in between. The second wing has a master bedroom, with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom, there is separate study with a queen bed.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling. There is plenty of space to park. There is high speed internet/wifi and a large TV in the living room for those who have their own Roku or streaming service accounts. There is a large kitchen that is fully equipped with the essentials for cooking. For clean up there is a dishwasher.
Guest access The upper floor is all yours! It is spacious. There is a lower studio apartment underneath where our long-term caretaker resides, but there are no shared walls, doors, or access. You might see him walking on the back of the property but rest assured this gentle soul will leave you to enjoy your own personal space undisturbed.

The house was perfect for our wedding with family and friends!!! The beds were very comfortable. The living space was amazing and very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.If I could suggest anything it would be nice if there was a grill and a couple of large pots.A ramp could be added for handicap access.I'm very happy with the house and I would stay here again and again!!Thank you so much for the wonderful memories!!
A lovely and somewhat remote spot in the Paradise Valley near great restaurants and bars and fun nightlife. This is a very roomy house with lovely views of the surrounding mountains.
The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The coffee was appreciated! The location was beautiful and worked well with close proximity to a few restaurants, general store, and Chico. Linda was very responsive to my questions and a very accommodating host. We thought the house could have been cleaner. Found (pet?) hair on living room floor, and hair in the master bath shower. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, only large bath towels. Overall we were pleased with our one night stay at your comfortable home.

Our cleaner has received nothing but 5 star reviews. We do not accept pets at our property! We have a large cow skin rug in the living room , it can loose hair when walked on. That is the only animal on the property
The house was big and roomy. There were nails sticking up on the deck and spiders inside. The showers did not work.

Was informed of the "showers not working" as the guest departed .Immediately called the guest, to check if the water in the whole house was not working or just the showers .She said the shower in 1 of the bathrooms was not working, immediately sent the plumber over to check He needed to replace the shower head(we have hard water and it was working, but sprayed wonky) Sorry we live in the country on 20 acres, you might see a spider.
It was a lovely home. Three women 70+ stayed here for 2 nights while visiting a friend near Emigrant. It is quite isolated but there is a general store, gas, and the Old Saloon within a couple of miles. Beautiful views. The power went out shortly after our arrival around 4:00. We called Linda and she was very responsive. We left to visit our friend. When we returned around 9:00, it was still out. After another call to Linda, it was back on within about 5 minutes.
Very clean and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The deck was a little rough but repairs were being made. Owner also provided beach towels for when we went to the hot springs.
Follow directions given by owner to find the house. We didn't arrive until 1 am so it was a bit challenging to find. The views especially off of the back deck are pretty amazing. It was also neat to have some mule deer come through the yard on a daily basis.
It was mid June when we stayed. Evening temperatures dipped into the low 40s so the house remained comfortable. I'm not sure how it would be later in the summer due to only half of the house having AC.
The house is about 30 minutes from the North entrance to Yellowstone. We really enjoyed our time in Montana.
