Home was especially renovated for large groups to be able to enjoy their company in our open concept family room and kitchen while also enjoying their privacy within our 4 separate spacious bedrooms with new large smart TV's and spacious closets! House includes a GAME ROOM for your entertainment! House has plenty of secure parking in the driveway, rear access to the house and in the street.

Great location

Had a party for my mom in Eagle Pass and we needed a house for 8 adults and 2 teens. House was clean, beds were comfortable and fit our needs 100%. Hope to stay here in the future while visiting family in EP.

The house was nice and clean but there were a few things that were advertised that we didn’t get. One was the pool? I thought I saw a pool listed as an amenity and there was none. Another was the 9 minute walk to the lake. It was a lot further. The lake was also not for swimming and we wish that would have been advised. The games were ok but most were not in perfect working condition. They were fun to have though. The pool table was not in great condition either. Needed repairs but was still usable for fun. The kitchen did have everything we needed for cooking. We relaxed on the nice couch although it was a recliner that didn’t recline. The beds were ok. Could stand to be softer. Bathrooms were nice and in working order except that the front shower had a broken sliding door that came right off if you tried to slide it closed. One of the front bedrooms didn’t have a fan remote so it could not be lowered. Communication was also lacking with the Host. She came off a little rude too. All in all a nice house big enough for family and friends.

Eclipse excellence!

What a great place for a big group! The game room with pool table was a big hit and the kitchen and large dining table which we used to eat at and play games. TVs in every room and a big comfy wrap around couch also made it super comfy and easy to kick back and relax! We would definitely stay here again.

Eagle Pass family trip

This house was the perfect size for our family of 9. Plenty of space and up to date. Everyone enjoyed the game room so much. It’s the perfect area between all the things in Eagle Pass. We will definitely be back to stay here again when coming to visit our family. Thank you for a great home away from home.

Beautiful Home!!

Beautiful home with an arcade room and a pool table. Home was nicely decorated and instantly makes your feel at home. Location was great and within short distances to restaurants. Great communication with property manager. Awesome!! A+
