My partner and I booked this cozy boho property to bring in New Year's Eve. We chose this based on the ideal location to a selection of bars we planned to frequent throughout the weekend. Night one went well, the place appears just as the photos in the listing. However, what wasn't included is the multitude of roaches that decided they'd played nice enough for one night. My NYE was ruined due to a superfluous amount of roaches that were up the walls on the floors and in the bed. Upon killing the first three, I contacted the host and let him know visually it was a nice place, but he had to get pest control in. Within 30 minutes of that message all hell broke loose! They were crawling everywhere. My partner and I were trying to race to get photos and get our things out as soon as possible. I forwarded photos to the host of over 30 separate roaches. I was told there was a tenant that moved out a week ago that said she seen ONE roach. (Where there is one there are MANY) In my opinion there is not way humanly possible THAT many roaches would over take a space in a weeks time. This space is THEIR HOME and we were apparently intruding on their space. Our NYE was spent playing roach buster and having to find accommodations on one of THE busiest nights of the year. This place has potential, but you may potentially leave with more than what you came with, In the form of something that may be incredibly hard to get rid of. We had to shake and spray ALL of our belongings out in fear. The place is aesthetically what you see photo'd, but its always what you DON'T see that will rock you to your core. PLEASE BEWARE!
