Come and enjoy an After Dune Delight! Our fully renovated and professionally decorated condo features glorious Gulf Views and is footsteps to the sand.

Located Southside 30A in Seagrove, Beachside Villas is nestled next to Eastern Lake and is 100 yards to the beach. The community features two tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffle board, and two community pools. One of the pools is heated during winter months. This quieter neighborhood is close to shopping and dining too! Old Florida Fish House, Steamboat Grill, Beachy Bean Coffee Co, and Buddy's Seafood Market are a 3 minute bike ride from the condo.

Our New Favorite in Seagrove Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautiful, bright, cheery and decorated with great attention to detail. Many extra touches, like the separate icemaker, were nice surprises. The condo was conveniently located near the beach, pool, courts and parking. Everything was extremely clean and updated. Plus, being pet-friendly made After Dune Delight the perfect place for us. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Adorable condo

The condo was super cute, comfortable beds! Unfortunately the last day the beach access became privite, so we had to walk down a ways to enjoy the beach.

fall break stay

We loved our stay, adorably decorated, fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay, we hated to leave, communication was exceptional, our only complaint were the mattresses, too soft for us and left a bit achy, otherwise we had an amazing time and would love to stay here again!!
