This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-level retreat sits in a quiet residential neighborhood just north of Delray Beach city limits. Ideal for snowbirds, families, and remote workers, the airy 1,800 sq. ft. home features two living areas, a private fenced yard, and everything you need for a longer stay — from a fully equipped kitchen with quality tools to inviting green space for outdoor relaxation.

NOTE: To comply with Boynton Beach, FL Ordinance Article V, Sec. 13-96(a)(4), if any guest in your party is under 21, at least one guest must be 25 or older and present at all times during the stay. This ordinance ensures the safety and security of all guests and is a legal requirement for short-term rentals in the area.

LOCATION

Beach days are less than 2 miles away - or you can book a fishing or diving charter from Boynton Harbor Marina.

Stroll along Delray’s vibrant Atlantic Avenue for boutique shopping, art galleries, and restaurants, or unwind at home under the string lights in your NEW 300 sq. ft. backyard patio.

Only 1 mile from Bethesda East Hospital and 3 miles from the International College of Health Sciences (ICHS).

GREAT ROOM

Open the front door to a generously sized great room with two full-sized couches (one a queen sleeper sofa) and a 65" Roku Smart TV for all your favorite streaming apps. Roku’s Guest Mode automatically signs you out when your stay ends.

DINING ROOM

The great room opens to the dining area, featuring an expandable table with seating for 8–10 - perfect for family dinners or game nights.

KITCHEN

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for short or extended stays: a toaster oven, blender, food processor, pots and pans, colanders, a Keurig combo coffee maker, and plenty of utensils. The kitchen connects to both the Great Room and Dining Room and overlooks the sunny Florida Room.

FLORIDA ROOM

Filled with natural light from south-facing windows, the Florida Room serves as a second living space with a full-size sofa, a 58" TV, and room for a kids’ play area or morning yoga.

OUTSIDE

Step through the Florida Room to your own private oasis - a fully fenced backyard (over 2,200 sq. ft.) with a NEW 300 sq. ft. patio, Adirondack chairs, chaise loungers, and a smokeless fire pit (S’mores, anyone?). Mango trees provide shade and, in season, fresh fruit you’re welcome to enjoy.

Outdoor group games like cornhole and giant yard dice are provided. Bringing a dog or two? Let us know, and we’ll leave out dog toys.

BEDROOMS

Down the hallway from the Great Room are three comfortable bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, Roku TV, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a rainfall shower option.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Roku TV, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, and a dedicated workspace with a 42” desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Roku TV, blackout curtains, and ceiling fan.

All bedrooms include USB charging ports, nightstands, and ample closet space.

BATHROOMS

Primary Bath: Dual vanities and a multi-setting shower with rainfall option. Hairdryer and starter toiletries provided.

Main Bath: Combination tub/shower, generous counter space, and a spa tray to hold your book and wine during a relaxing soak.

BEACH SUPPLIES

We’ve made beach days easy! The guest closet between the Primary and 2nd bedroom is stocked with:

HOUSE RULES & ACCESS

Guests will have full access to the home’s common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private yard. For safety and liability reasons, the garage is not available for guest use without prior written authorization. Monitoring equipment is present in the garage, disclosed in accordance with VRBO policy.

You’ll receive a unique door code 48 hours prior to check-in.

To confirm you’ve read and agree to abide by Boynton Beach ordinances and all house rules, please message us with the word “Pineapple.”

INTERACTION

Guests with fewer than five verified stays may be asked to provide a photo ID via the platform for verification before check-in.

We require a fully refundable security deposit of $500 for all reservations to cover any potential damages or violations of house rules during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after your stay, assuming no damage or issues arise.

LONGER STAYS

All visits of 28 nights or longer require a signed lease by all adults (18+) at least two weeks before arrival.
