Room By Room:

Living Room: Up three steps to the front door, you’ll enter the living room. The living room features a daybed with a trundle that can sleep two adults. At night, the cozy bedding can be found in the hallway linen closet and light filtering curtains help make the space sleep ready. This space features fun art and a reading wall. Catch up with you friends and family here or enjoy reading a book from our fantastic little library or stream your favorite shows on the smart television.

Kitchen: Well appointed with all major appliances, coffee maker, plenty of dishes and silverware, cookware and glasses, you’ll have what you need to microwave a hot pocket or cook a whole family feast. Small appliances are at your fingertips with a double toaster and coffee maker and the space continues the rockstar theme with lots of attention to details.

Dining Room: Dine or play - this is a space to gather. Seating for 6 around the dining table and lots of art make this space super fun. Select something to play or put together puzzles from our game wall. The dining room has a smart television and cookbooks will give you plenty to do on a rainy afternoon. The dining room also features a workspace with a small desk and office chair for those that need a work from anywhere space.

Bedroom 1 & Bathroom 1: Off the kitchen is the wonderfully appointed master bedroom that features a king size bed, cozy bedding, light filtering curtains, smart television, closet, dresser and a modern full bathroom with standing shower.

Bedroom 2: Down the hallway from the living room, this bedroom features two twin beds with cozy bedding, light filtering curtains, a smart television and closet.

Other things to note
Parking/Traffic: Nashville is thriving! And music city is having some traffic/parking issues as we grow. If you are visiting for a soccer game at Geodis, please let me know, I own a lot right next to the stadium and would be happy to have you park with me at no cost. My home is a mere 4 miles to Broadway and Bridgestone arena. Parking downtown is expensive so we recommend using a ride share app.

Bugs: We are in the south and the south has bugs. I keep my home spotless. And deep clean between each visit and have regular pest control. I ask that you keep the windows closed and the blinds down and that you close the front doors quickly as you come and go to keep critters from taking up residence.

Sound: My home is a corner lot by train tracks and a stop sign. There is naturally noise from will come from those. It does bother 99% of my guests but if you are a light sleeper, please find accommodations at a hotel as most homes in Nashville will have the same issue. We also have a grass lawn and regular lawn care service so please be advised that you may have a brief period of lawn mowing during your stay as needed.
