Our experience with this property was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay and Property was as describe. House was very clean along with the pool. If you’re looking for a rental in this area I wouldn’t hesitate on the choice of this property.

this cottage was excellent. It does have stairs for main area which could be a issue for those with any handicap. Pool was nice but hot tub was an issue for US. this is a great property and very quiet. parking was also great.

This is my second stay at this property. It is great. The host are amazing!! The property is very convenient. It is spacious and very comfortable not to mention extremely clean! The outdoor space and backyard are an added perk. Parking is great - covered parking was extra great since it was raining! Highly recommend!!

Lovely home! This house was perfect for our family of 5; it was very cute, well decorated and stocked, very clean, and a perfect location! Close to beaches, parks, the aquarium, restaurants, and other cute towns. The pool was very clean and perfect for my three boys to play in. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space to sit outside on the multiple porches and balconies. Such a fabulous home, highly recommend!!!!

We were so pleased with our stay. The house is as described and did not disappoint. The thoughtful amenities stood out most- good paper towels and toilet paper are always appreciated, along with surprises like a decent quality hair dryer, soft towels for make up removal, and beach towels onsite. The attention to detail was felt.

Came down for a surprise getaway with spouse and could not have asked for more! Beautiful home that is exceptionally well kept and clean! When we walked in, the smell of vacation hit my senses. 🥰 Perfect setup with bedroom downstairs/half kitchen/full bath/washer & dryer and the easy walk upstairs led to a beautiful open living area, full kitchen with bar seating and breakfast area/large room upstairs w/ full bath. Both had nice closets, two upstairs balconies (front off living and back off bedroom) plus the downstairs patio that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, pool and breeze coming off the Gulf which was so relaxing. Very private setting outside. Enjoyed watching sports on patio TV. Plenty of essentials for our weekend - TP, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Even shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and floor mirrors! You know it has everything when you have a shoe organizer on closet door! Already planning next trips alone and with family! Peaceful neighbors, quiet area and walking distance to beach and also to Island View. Mins from everything! Covered parking w/easy access to unload. Great security features which I appreciated as feeling safe while traveling is a make or break for me! Slept like I was at home! Although it was just us two, with pull out sofa and hideaway bed, easily could accommodate 4-5 more. Exactly as described & we appreciated Shawn checking in on us to make sure we were taken care of. Def a trip we will never forget and we will be back!

Nice place.

Nice place to stay. Had everything we needed. The only down fall to the visit had nothing to do with the property. With that said the beaches that are close by had a lot of garbage on them and made beach visits impossible with kids.
