Pictures were deceiving, balcony was disgusting. Lint, trash and cigarette butts on ground. Couldn’t use it. The hotel was not that clean. The staff just don’t care about anything

Very Disappointed

I booked this property after staying in the unit this July. I was told we would receive a discount if we booked the same property again. The condo smelled so bad that we had to keep the doors open for a few hours, which reeked of floral cleaning solutions. There was a cockroach in the floor and the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and not replaced. Incredibly disappointed that the owner did not take any recommendations I provided on our first trip. This unit is also positioned in front of the children's pool which has no beach view and can be very noisy. We will not be staying here again.
