Beautiful townhome in paradise/5 min from the beach.
Townhome 2 floors, bedrooms upstairs; master bedroom w/balcony. Downstairs living room, dinning room, kitchen, small patio with Laundry and dryer machines. In front of the house space for 1 parking to the car. This is a community property in a close Coto. What I really love is that, we have Security Cameras working 24/7. To enter with your car you need a control remote. By entering walking, we have to open and close with our key. This is really a secure place. Neighbors friendly.
