Why they chose this property
It's great location being close to downtown San Juan and a quick Uber ride to the tourist strip is appealing as well as experiencing it during its start up as a brand new property. Because of the prestigious neighborhoods nearby, we saw fireworks nearly every night. The river pool is also an amazing place to unwind.
What makes this property unique
Experiencing a first class place which will be hard to get into once word gets out.
