This little cottage was just perfect for our recent stay. Chris the property owner was very prompt on communication, with detailed instructions for everything. It was a fabulous retreat while we visited family. Would definitely stay here again.

Post Op recovery stay

This home was perfect for my post operation recovery stay while in Shreveport. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The home’s “side street” is busy, but didn’t really bother us too much.

Excellent home in great location

Our experience was top notch. The homeowner was very nice and responsive. The home is beautiful, very clean, and was perfect for our family of nine. Located in a great neighborhood and within about 10 minutes of major locations in the city. I would highly recommend renting this house and from this owner.

This home was just as described in the pictures. We had an awesome stay Chris was available and quick to respond. The area had a power outage within minutes there where flashlights and laterns for each room.(20 min outage) Thanks Chris!! The area was very nice and safe. Family reunion

We came to town for our family reunion at Melvin’s Landing. The property’s location and proximity to the reunion activities, Starbucks, Walgreens and the airport was perfect!

Tournament

Had a group of 6 travel to Shreveport for a bowling tournament. The house wasn’t a bad drive from the bowling center and various restaurants. The house had a nice layout and was plenty spacious and roomy for our group. We had a small hiccup and the host was quick and responsive to rectify the issue. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone whose looking in Shreveport.

Perfect stay

This place was so perfect. The lay out was truly catered to what we needed. Clean, well stocked, and the nice snacks in front were a bonus! We were able to have plenty of space to spread out as well as spend time breaking bed at dinner. Way larger then it appears as well. I would highly recommend this stay and will be using again hopefully next year when we come back for the show!

March Madness Trip

We had a very comfortable stay in Shreveport. This home is located in a charming, historical area that is clearly being invested in so we enjoyed the lovely homes and the cafe that was taken with our home. The area was safe and quiet and just quaint and totally worth a revisit.The hosts were communicative and kind. They seemed to really bc are that we enjoyed our time, which we appreciate.

Home is just what you see in the pictures. Showers had good pressure, and beds were very comfortable. Chris was amazing as a host. His check in and check out policies were simple and on point. Location is great you have everything within a mile or 2. Chris also gave some good food locations within walking distance. Chris Thank you for everything.

You will like this house. Clean and comfortable. Parking isn't ideal on the street, but it's adequate. We were only at the house during the evening, and it was perfect for our needs.
