Uncomfortable All Around

The place is a corporate rental in an apartment complex. Very, very small and uncomfortable. The bed was so cheap with hard foam mattress, carpet is filthy in bedroom, shower was weak and the dryer did not work ( no heat). The couch has a straight back and with one tiny pillow. It’s also three to feet from television so hard to watch. My complaints fell on deaf ears until I spoke with apartment complex manager Abel who told me host was not following their rules for rentals. Very weird situation.
