Coccochip - Ideal choice for travelers seeking to experience the beauty and quiet of our area here in the rolling foothills of the Catskill Mountains. This home is nestled into a hillside at the edge of a lightly wooded area. Relax on the expansive wrap around deck: marvel at the sunrise over the hills and enjoy the sounds of nature. A large yard provides ample space for outdoor games.

This home enjoys a very private country setting less than 20 minutes to All Star Village or Baseball World. It sits on a 200 acre parcel - explore the woods!

The spacious living room features a vaulted ceiling, fireplace and multiple seating areas. Large over-sized glass doors provide view of scenic hillside and access to the deck. Four of the bedrooms are located on the first floor - each one has a queen bed, a SMART TV with Firestick. One bedroom also has a toddler bed. The two bedrooms on the second floor each have two twin beds.

Amazing Place

This is not just a home its a experience, the location of the home and the feeling of calm and peace you get when your there is truly a great feeling. From the noise of the water from the Creek on the property to the trail through the woods, the fire ring with the tree stumps to sit on. The location is unreal. The inside of the home had every amenity you could ask for and more, from Satellite TV, board games, cards, toys for kids and all appliances worked great. We stayed there for my sons All Star Village Cooperstown Tournament and it was a short 19 minute drive to and from the park. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is coming to stay in this area, this house is a lot bigger than the photos show. Worth every penny we spent.

Great stay at Coccochip

While our boys played for a week at All Star Village, us and three other families had a great time making memories at Coccochip. It’s a big place so sharing wasn’t a problem and kept things affordable. It was almost exactly 20 minutes from the diamonds and 10 minutes from Walmart, five minutes from a well stocked Dollar General that had most of what we needed. Beautiful setting on a quiet road, setback for privacy. Large front and backyard for wiffleball and frisbee, firepit area, an uphill trail into the forest if you can do the hill and most importantly, the creek which was clean and solid rock bottom for some relief on hot days getting your feet wet. Only about a foot and a half deep in the deepest spot, so safe for kids to have some nature playtime. Was super convenient to have all linens and towels provided and everything we needed in the kitchen and the basics like toilet paper and cleaning supplies already there. Just a big communal grocery shop and we were good to go. Thanks for being a great home away from home Coccochip!
