Great Space for a Cooperstown Stay

This guest house was a great place for just me to stay while my son played baseball all week. Very clean welcoming space.

Cute little place about 13 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was very clean and just what I needed since it was just me staying there. One item to note is that the A/C is a window unit, so while the temperature is controlled and cool, you also get a bit of humidity/moisture feel in the room. It wasn't enough to bother me, but I did notice it after a couple days. It wouldn't deter me from staying here again, but was not something I was expecting. Overall a lovely stay!

Peace and Quiet

Beautiful views… Beautiful lake to take a walk… The house was charming and nature was breathtaking. Loved stepping outside and take deep breaths. Clean fresh air. Owners of property were very friendly and hardly saw them; unless they were feeding their animals. Comfortable and beautiful! Peaceful and very safe.

A lovely stay on the farm

This met expectations and exceeded in a few ways. The hosts are welcoming, informative and unobtrusive. The room was better than what I imagined, including bathroom (not that I imagined bad). The animals were amazingly not smelly, very friendly and strangely accommodating of human strangers coming and going. I mean, there is a rooster but it did not wake us up! We would stay again and recommend for others who are called to the experience.

slept like a baby. The Lake a stones throw away was beautiful. The animals pretty cool too. Very relaxing stay only 7 minutes from Dreams Park. Will stay again next year

Perfect Cooperstown Dreams Park Rental

My wife and stayed at the Fernwood Guesthouse while our son attended Cooperstown Dreams Park. We loved that we were within 10 min of the fields, but off the main roads. The accommodations were perfect and we loved waking up to the farm animals each day. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it for any couple!
