Come home to a spectacular city view in a quiet neighborhood. You will have the entire upstairs apartment all to yourself in a fully furnished house located in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Fully fenced back yard. Back fence faces a park. Beautiful mountain views from front and back with a sunset city view that will take your breath away. At night, enjoy the city lights from a beautiful backyard deck. Large master bedroom with large closets and ceiling fan. Second bedroom has double (full) bed. Lovely full kitchen with granite countertops and double oven. Washer and Dryer in the unit. The owner lives in the basement apartment, but travels frequently for work. Minimum stay: 30 days. Discount 10% per day for extending additional 30 days or more.
There is a security camera over the garage, over the basement apartment entrance and a ring doorbell camera. All cameras are on the exterior of the house and are used for security purposes only.
