A comfortable family friendly cottage in an ideal location for your stay in the Smoky Mountains!! Our cottage is in a residential area tucked away in Kodak, TN right near the Smoky Stadium. Kodak is the first area right off that famous 407 exit!! You are less than 5 minutes off the interstate and are a whisk away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!! You can be in Pigeon Forge in about half an hour. Enjoy your day being a tourist and come back to unwind at the Luxury of Lenz!

Great place!

Great location, very close to our daughter’s wedding venue…DUMLIN VALLEY FARM and a short drive to the new BUC-EES. The property was quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Local contact was very nice and helpful with questions. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent !!!

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood!! It was close enough to everything, yet far enough away to get a great night of rest!! Excellent communication throughout our entire stay. If I am ever looking for a place in that area again, I would not hesitate to stay there.
