I am originally from NYC. Professional retired recording engineer and musician. My main house contains many off my accolades and instruments. I am an informally trained culinary chef and nutritionist. I grow many edibles on my property and am happy to share my knowledge and experiences. I like being surrounded by nature and animals. Besides practicing classical piano I spent a lifetime aggregating music all on a dedicated drive. I installed several performance music systems in my house. I also worked with many famous celebrities. Most of the redesign of these houses is using my Art & design school and broadway experience.

It is a straight drive to the Liberia airport. Located between two cottages with kitchens and pools. Very tranquil neighborhood surrounded with nature and animals
What makes this property unique
Nearly all of the storage and furniture is built in. The stairway and other items have been custom carved to fit the space. All materials are solid. There is no commercial cabinetry in this house. It is like a one of a kind painting. Not even close to anything you will see in this or other countries
