Friendliest resort we have ever visited. Beat the Freezing weather with a walk onto St. Petersburg beach. Since it's on the Beach there's no need to pack a sandwich for lunch, just walk back to the room it's so close. Great place to be in the Winter. Comfortable, clean and plenty to do. The beach is close and lounge chairs; while limited, are free. Kitchen has full Fridge, stove, microwave and oven. Stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and service for 6. Beds (1 Queen, 2 Twins and a Pull out) are comfortable and clean. We have multiple units and go every year. It is such a luxury to be in the Sun with bathing suits on while our Friends are back home shoveling snow. With GREAT Restaurants everywhere, shopping or just simply hiking/biking there is plenty to do. Take your Bikes and /or your clubs (public Courses are nearby). Temperature is very pleasant and mild during the January time period. There is a Hot tub and a pool.
There are Grills available as well. Note: Parking is limited only 1 car is allowed per unit. Will only rent for a week(no more/no less) Saturday to Saturday only! No partial bookings. You are responsible for any damages while staying in our unit.
