******NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS******
Come enjoy the wrap around porches w/ awnings & complementary ocean breezes. Immaculate condo recently renovated w/ real hardwood floors, built in cabinets in dining area, and tasteful furnishings through out! This is a custom 1st floor corner property desirably situated steps to beach, boards and downtown. Plenty of room for entertaining with 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, open floor plan has modern kitchen w/ large center island, full dining area, living room with fireplace.

To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and electronically sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).

To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you the short-term rental agreement:
- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
- Copy of individual's drivers license
- Home address
- Home and cell phone numbers
- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house

Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home. We include full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as 10 beach tags!

Blast from the past

All 5 of us are graduates of Milton Hershey School in Hershey,Pa. We are all orphans and went to this school at around 4 years of age until we graduated at 18 years old. We all grew up together like brothers and have kept our close relationships for some 50 years now. The weekend at this beautiful beach house was just what we wanted.

Great week in OCNJ

Our family enjoyed the BEST week in OCNJ. The hosts are the best: property is gorgeous, clean, well located - just the best. Their communication is the best: emailed book prior to stay with all possible needed info, texts, response to very minor property need was super fast. 5 stars is not enough - you will not be disappointed. BOOK NOW!!! (unless it's the week we want - then wait til after we book - ha- ha) .

OCNJ September Vacation

This property location is perfect for access to the beach and boardwalk! The unit itself is beautiful and well kept. It is very comfortable and had plenty of space for the entire family to relax and entertain.
