Luxury Single Family Home, Handicap Accessible - 1 Block To Beach & Boardwalk.

This unique single family home was completed in June 2008. It's impeccably furnished/maintained! It has great appeal for people traveling with handicapped guests. 2 out of the 5 bedrooms are master suites. On the 1st floor, up a ramp from your private parking area that easily fits four vehicles is a 'handicapped accessible' master suite which includes a full bathroom with a glass & marble shower. This suite has many of the normal handicap amenities along with a California King size bed. The other suite is on the 2nd floor & includes a king size bed & a twin bed for the child who might still need to be somewhat close to mom/dad, a spectacular 'huge' bathroom with a sit down glass/marble shower & a deck. There's a 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor with a queen size bed, a full bathroom and a 2nd living room which includes a VERY large plasma TV, 2 sofas, chairs & a porch with table and chairs. The 3rd floor has a full bath with 2 bedrooms; 1 with 3 twin beds & a 2nd with 2 sets of bunkbeds & a single bed. This room also enjoys a deck with a breathtaking view of our famous Ocean City ferris wheel all decorated with beautiful state of the art led lights. I also included two air mattresses for those additional guests who just pop in for the beach and a place to crash. As far as linens, they are not included with rental fee but a full linens package option is available directly through owner.

Family Fun at the Shore

Spacious home with room for everyone to be together or have time apart. Very well equipped kitchen. Great location, only a block from the shore and boardwalk and a lovely park nearby for dog walking. We chose this property because of the handicapped accessibility for my Uncle who currently uses a wheelchair. He was able to easily maneuver in, out, and around the main floor.

Great place to stay

The house and location are great. The house is a lot bigger that we thought, which was awesome. You can't beat the location. It's only a block from the beach and boardwalk. Dan was a great host. He gave us a tour of the house and provided a lot amenities (e.g., bikes, chairs, beach toys, barbeque) that we didn't expect.

Sunlit, spacious home with fully-stocked kitchen. The Linen Package made checking in and out a breeze! Close to beach, boardwalk, and the municipal park for dog-walking. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time

The place was large, lovely, and clean, with lots of breezy porches. The ramp entrance on the first floor and the the grab rails in the master bath were very helpful for my mother-in-law, who uses a walker.

Great Location

The property was immaculate. Everything was well furnished and clean. The house was very light and bright which was inviting for us. The directions on how to use the house was clear and the expectations laid out. Our family took advantage of the linen package offered and it made things so much easier when we got there. I would highly recommend this property and the owner is an effective communicator.

Appreciated being greeted by Dan getting the opportunity to ask questions. Dan was very informative and readily available if needed. We were a group of 8 women and house fit our needs very well. We would definitely do a return trip to this location.

Perfect house for everyone!

Everyone wanted to join us for Memorial Day weekend this year and this house was PERFECT! Plenty of space to be together yet still have the ability to seek out quiet space when needed. 3 porches! 2 living rooms! Short walk to Oves for the best donuts ever. Very close to the beach and boardwalk.Everything we could possibly need was in the garage, beach cart, wagon, jogging stroller, chairs umbrellas, sand toys, bikes! I brought so much we didnt even need!Dan meeting us upon arrival and walking us through the house was a nice touch. Its good to know that the owner cares about the property and guests enough to make sure theyre comfortable and know where everything is and what is available for their use.Get the linen package, I am so glad we did because bringing that many sheets and blankets would have been exhausting!If we have another large group next year I hope this property is available, loved it!

Mother/Daughter Getaway

House and location was perfect for our group. The house was clean and had plenty of towels for our group of 12 adults. Within walking distance of the boardwalk. We were able to walk down to the beach. We being females needed more mirrors on the third floor! Bike riding was a plus.

Can't wait to go back

My group stayed on the property during President Day weekend. The house was beautiful. It had enough room for more than the 9 people that stayed there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had enough room for more than two people to cook. Since the weather was nice we were able to cookout in the backyard. The owner Dan was great. He was easily accessible via phone. The house is close to the beach and boardwalk. I would definitely stay there again.

A Great Place to Vacation!

This is a clean, comfortable home that was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Handicap accessible, free Wi-Fi, cool AC, cute and comfy furniture, two fridges, a garage with everything we could possibly need for the beach. I could go on and on! Paid the extra for the linens service, and it was the best money I ever spent! Didn't have to pack towels or linens. It was awesome! Thank you, Mr. O'Neill!

Excellent Choice

It’s rare to find such a large, clean single family rental in Ocean City. For those of you who enjoy big family vacations but who still may need a little quiet time away from family, this house has multiple decks and two family rooms, each with a TV. When you do want to spend time together, there’s ample, comfortable seating in the shared areas of the house. Located just a few blocks from the beach, the boardwalk, gift shops and coffee houses, the location offers something for everyone. Finally, the host couldn’t be more responsive and friendly. We checked in to find fresh flowers on the kitchen table.

BLOWN AWAY!!! best vacation ever!

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is bigger and more beautiful. The house was clean and fully stocked with paper products and linens. The house was completely accessible for wheel chairs or stroller. Bikes, beach toys, and strollers in the garage completely useful. The owner was fantastic to work with! (thank you thank you thank you) he provided us with useful information on whats going on around town, things to do and places to visit. COMPLETELY IMPRESSED! My family loved the house, we loved that we had checkers and tv to watch in the later evening. The house had every kitchen appliance you would ever need. The location was perfectly placed from everything from the beach to the store, anything. We are already planning our trip for next year, this time it will be longer!

Amazing property

My husband and I, our 3 kids, our dog, my parents, aunt, brother and my brother’s girlfriend stayed at this property and we can’t stop raving about our experience. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice, not to mention the amenities! The owner not only provides beach tags, beach chairs, and bikes, but every bathroom has hand soap and toilet paper (the good stuff!) there are plenty of rolls of paper towels, trash bags and really any other item you can think of, he has. When we had a problem with the upstairs thermostat the owner responded immediately and had someone come out to fix it the same day. I don’t know about other people, but I’ve had problems with my own thermostat at home and couldn’t get someone for a minimum of 2 days! The house is so close to the beach and boardwalk, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Great location for family or friends reunions

The house is only a block from the boardwalk and owner provided 10 beach passes. 4.5 baths and 5 bedrooms can accommodate a large group comfortably. Just be prepared to climb stairs. The porches were wonderful to enjoy the beautiful weather. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, and miscellaneous items like ziplock bags and spices. Door locks took us a little while to figure out how to lock but we figured out to raise the handle to turn key. Dealing with the host was the only stressful part. The host got huffy and hung up on me when I told him that we were caught in traffic and would not be in until the evening. He evidently had to work but he left the house unlocked although he didn’t tell me that. We just discovered that when we arrived. Also, this host sent me a contract two days before our check in which I had not encountered on other rentals. He would not answer simple questions like type of coffee maker so that I could pack the right type of filters so I just brought k cups since there was a Kureg. But the house and location were great.

Dan was very responsive in communication, friendly and easy to work with.This 3 level home was spacious and very clean. A linen package is offered, which we will definitely do next time! (Why pack sheets and make beds?) We were able to park 4 cars behind the house off street. A ramp from the back driveway leads up to the kitchen door with 1st floor MBR on the right immediately upon entering the house, well equipped kitchen, dining, and living area also on 1st floor and outside porch seating in front of house. Many bikes and beach equipment available in the garage as well as an extra refrigerator. Another HUGH MBR is located on the second floor with spa-like bathroom, twin bed, and balcony. A queen bedroom, full hallway bathroom,and 2nd living room with balcony and sofa bed also on second floor which we utilized as an extra bedroom. Two bedrooms (6 twins and 2 full beds) are on 3rd floor with shared full bathroomIt rained heavy on our last two days but we were relieved to know that this street did not flood like some streets on the bay side, so our cars were high and safe.

House is great, very well stocked including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon, bikes, extra fridge. Bunk room one of the full beds is just a futon mattress (bleh), but all in all, no one complained about their beds :). Bunk room needs a dresser (put it in the huge closet). Great location, walking distance to beach with a cart for all the stuff, even the little kids made it. Owner is INTENSE. Insisted on meeting us at check-in, overwhelmed parents with two toddlers coming off a two hour drive with details they didn't retain. All the TVs were on when we arrived (sensory overload). Absolutely FLIPPED OUT when we failed to properly reset an HDMI cable on upstairs TV.

Why they chose this property

My home is quite unique as compared to all others in the same neighborhood. First of all, it's a large, newer single family home which is rare to find these days. I am pet friendly and handicapped assessible because our four legged friends are very important members of the family and our most 'seasoned citizens' often like to gather the entire family together at one time but they also need that larger home with no steps for themselves.

What makes this property unique

In most transactions I try to keep the paperwork to a minimum so I don't normally require a security deposit.
