Large Dutch Colonial. Large dinning room that seats 14-16. 8 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom/apt on first floor with separate entry. Nice for active Grandparents, not handicap assessable. 4 bedrooms on second floor all with flat screen TV's and 3 bedrooms on third floor. Perfect for all the kids. All 8 bedroom have a TV, cable and WiFi. and best of all, all bedrooms have a full bathroom!. I do NOT rent to High School Seniors or anyone under 25 years old. Please do not contact me to ask if I rent for Senior Week, or Prom. Linens not included for this rental. You must provide own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Check in time 3pm check out time 10am, Unless special provisions have been made with owner. Offstreet parking available for three small cars or 2 large.

Perfect for our family's OCNJ vacation

Everything was perfect for our stay. The location was great. The house was just what we needed. Spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Huge refrigerator space. Nice outside area with space for eating or playing. Quick reply from host when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion at your location. Kitchen is modern and spacious. Love the 2 refrigerators and washer / dryer availability. Fenced in yard was great along with the side covered porch.

Great location and property for a reunion!

This is our third time staying here for our annual college friend reunion. The house is great for a large group as it has multiple rooms that each have their own bathroom! The house is only a few easy blocks from the beach and the town has several restaurants and coffee shops open in the winter.

Enjoyable Stay

A large group of us stayed at this rental and we had a great time! The location is very nice, the host communicated with us well and the house was big enough to accommodate us all. We loved the kitchen and that all of the bedrooms had a bathroom. As with any older house this one had some interesting quirks and we had a couple maintenance issues/cleaning issues that we took care of! Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Classic Ocean City

Great location, central to beach / boardwalk, shopping, track. Wonderful classic Ocean City home with great layout for our Cross Country Team and parents, and including the updated kitchen making it easy to prepare meals for the small army of high school kids. We had a really wonderful week.

We are a group of 14, couples in their 60's. The house was perfect for our group. Each couple had a bedroom with bath. The kitchen/dining area could accommodate all of us. It is a few blocks from the boardwalk and from downtown. We will certainly look to rent again

The good - Perfect location, great setup for large groups. Good communication with owner. Beautiful older home but beds are very uncomfortable and there ere some carpets that have seen better days.

Our annual family beach week

The house was spacious and comfortable - more than adequate for all 18 of us. We especially appreciated time spent in the yard and on the porch. The closeness to the beach and boardwalk was a plus. We would be interested in reserving it for the first week in July 2023.

A nice, comfortable vacation spot. An older property needing some touch up, mostly painting. Accommodates 12 people effectively. Some bathrooms are a bit awkward, small size and slanting roof lines, but okay for a visit. Great location. Helpful host easy to work with.

Great house for lots of people

This is our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The house is perfect for large groups as each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a nice long dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. February is a quiet month in town, but there are still a number of restaurants and coffee places open within close walking distance. The house is also only a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk (and the big candy store!) so plenty to see on a walk. We will definitely be back!

Perfect space and great location

This is a great place for a large family. We enjoyed our stay. The beds weren’t luxury, but it was nice that everyone had their own bathroom. The dining table and living room is great for large groups. The location is great. Most walked to the boardwalk and beach, and sometimes for a bite to eat. The outdoor space is great too. We hung out with the kids in the yard a lot. The two large refrigerators in the kitchen were awesome to have. Thank you!

Awesome Stay!

We had a great stay! Loved your house it was so spacious and fit our large family with ease! The only thing I would mention is to make sure that all of the older door knobs are secured tightly as one of us got locked in for a little while because the door knob fell out while the door was closed. But still, it was a 5-star stay! Thank you so much for always being happy to answer all of our questions, big or small.

A Perfect Easter Weekend

Our family could not have imagined a better weekend than this past weekend spent in OC at this big beautiful home! Our family of 20 celebrated Easter here, enjoying meals at the huge dining room table, gathered together in the family room, and easily strolled up to the boardwalk. Jennifer was so easy to contact and chat with. Thank you for sharing your family home <3 I hope we can visit in the summer one day!!!

Ladies Ocean Retreat

I cannot express enough how wonderful this property was for our Church Ladies Retreat Getaway! The house was very spacious, even though we were at max capacity! The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was awesome to work with and very accommodating! The location was perfect. We didn't need to drive anywhere all weekend. Shops, restaurants, and the beach were all in walking distance. I would recommend this property to any large group going to Ocean City!

NJ Wedding

We attended our sons wedding and stayed here. The pictures are good but don't begin to capture all the charm and history in this home. We hosted rehearsal dinner here and everyone raved about the house. Boardwalk is close enough to have an early morning quiet time walk. This home was PERFECT!!!!

We celebrated my 50th birthday here in May. It was perfect for everyone. The owners were readily available to help, it was clean and stocked with all necessities, a great yard, and everyone had a bathroom. It was close to many things which helped since it rained for one day of the weekend. Even though it rained we had great family time yet still had space to relax alone. It was a wonderful experience and we already booked for next year. Would highly recommend for all.

Wonderful again!!

We've been renting for a few years and the accommodations are perfect. Our family rents for a weekend away with everyone. (20 in all) It's nice for everyone to have a bedroom with a bathroom and tv, especially when the weather does not cooperate (like this weekend). In addition the owners are extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs! Can't wait till next year. We will definitely be back!

Best Family Vacation House

This was our fifth time in Ocean City for our large family and by far the best accommodations. It was everything the listing said and more. We especially appreciated the following: --great location -- clean -- good-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and private bathrooms -- fantastic porch, fenced yard, good working grill -- well equipped kitchen; two large refrigerators were a plus -- the chalk board in the kitchen was a real hit with the kids and adults for posting info -- the living room and dining room can accommodate large groups. It was a pleasure working with the owner, Jen. She was very helpful and prompt in answering all our questions. We give it two thumbs up and would highly recommend it to others! We are definitely planning to come again.

Scott and Jen Wilson currently live in PA. We have two teenage daughters and since they were babies we have spent one week each summer in Ocean City with our very large family. We all enjoy being together and like to eat meals together and speaking from many years of experience this house is perfect for large family reunions. Invite Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, friends and make wonderful memories.

Why they chose this property

I cherish my memories of our annual family vacations in Ocean City NJ. I want everyone to have the same opportunity as our family to spend quality time enjoying the beach, boardwalk, rides, downtown, bike riding, good food, good laughs, family games & more. Even the not so funny at the time things make me laugh looking back now.

What makes this property unique

It was always a problem finding a home to rent big enough to hold all of us, in fact we end up renting three homes near each other. This house is unique because every bedroom has its own bathroom! From the porch you can see the wonderland pier Ferris wheel. On forth of July you can also watch the fireworks from the porch. It is close to all the action 1 block to the boardwalk on Atlantic Ave and between 6th and 7th street.
