This is an 9 bedroom, 8 full bath Seashore Home located on the oceanside of Central Avenue at 12th STREET featuring sleeping accommodations for 10-34. There are EIGHT large beds: two KING beds, four QUEEN beds, and two DOUBLE beds. Accommodates sleeping for up to 34 guests. Window AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT! All guests must supply their own linens, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, and personal toiletries.

There are four total floors in this Big House; the Ground Floor and an Upper Cottage portion (with three levels)

The GROUND floor ( floor one ) features 3 bedrooms (Bedrooms 7 to 9, (A, B, & C)) and 2 FULL bathrooms without any steps to navigate. Hosts a Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area with a 52' flat screen.

The UPPER Cottage has three levels and features 6 large bedrooms (Bedrooms 1-6) and 6 private FULL bathrooms, a Large Great Room with a 52' flat screen, Plus a Kitchenette in Upper Cottage for morning coffee, snacking, and Eating for Take-out or bringing up food from Ground Floor Full Kitchen.

Three Off-Street Parking Spaces, usually good on-street free parking to be found.

Long weekend

Great set up for multiple families spending a long weekend together. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, clean house, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Nelson was a super welcoming host.

Amazing Location for Family Reunions!

We hosted our first Women's retreat here, RCA Alumni Association. 26 women, we had such a wonderful stay , the house is beautiful filled with character and charm. Erica is amazing to work with, I had bo expectations but if I had she definitely would have far exceeded them! Thank you so much.

Extended family with young children

Multiple levels so each couple/nuclear family could have their own space, with a common kitchen level on ground floor. Window a/c units in each room, bathrooms seem recently redone. Lots of TV’s (pro or con depending on your thoughts about screen time with kids, but there’s so much other stuff to keep them occupied). Only downside was no access to kitchen level from inside the house, we walked up and down the front porch stairs. Kitchen is spacious, open to a dining area and living area, well equipped. Owner nearby and extremely responsive. Quick walk to the beach, even with young kids and ALL THE STUFF. Families with very young kids may need to bring childproofing stuff for stairs, gas stove knobs, etc. and consider if early morning or late afternoon light will disturb nap or bedtime routines - windows all have blinds but plenty of light still gets through. The town itself and beach and boardwalk were great. Aviation Museum in Cape May was a great rainy day activity.

Great Time

Nelson was attentive and friendly when communicating before arrival, and helped out with anything we needed during our stay. The house has plenty of space and was definitely clean enough for what we were looking, and the amount of beds was amazing. Location is right in the middle of Ocean City, and the neighborhood was very nice. Overall great experience and recommend renting.

Great experience on a relaxed spring break vacation

Property was at a great location and plent of spacious room and bath rooms. Nelson was a great host to communicate and very accomadative in our requests. Though the property is little old it had all the amenities and comfort you can ask for. Many bunk beds was the only minor discomfort we had but overall we all had a great time at this property.

We booked with Nelson and his amazing home. Our exceptions were exceeded. Nelson was very accommodating and made the process of renting very simple. The home was very clean and tidy. There is more than enough room for any activities you may need to do while staying there. Beyond great for a big group or family. We felt at home and can’t wait to book again next summer!

Perfect stay for our big group

This location was perfect for our group of 12. We had plenty of space to spare, and the property had all the amenities we could have asked for. We appreciated the use of the grill, which we used to cook big group dinners on multiple nights. The location is a short walk from the beach and all other parts of town anyone would need to access. Nelson was extremely communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. He is very kind and so welcoming to those who are fortunate enough to visit.

Great place for a large group gathering

Had Plenty of room for a large group ( our group of around 18 people). Bathrooms were clean. Bedrooms had enough beds to accommodate everyone. Very close to the ocean city boardwalk. Nelson is a very good host and attends immediately to your needs. He allowed us to stay as long as we needed and was not particular about the checkout time. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group.
