This is an 9 bedroom, 8 full bath Seashore Home located on the oceanside of Central Avenue at 12th STREET featuring sleeping accommodations for 10-34. There are EIGHT large beds: two KING beds, four QUEEN beds, and two DOUBLE beds. Accommodates sleeping for up to 34 guests. Window AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT! All guests must supply their own linens, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, and personal toiletries.

Due to the age of the property, we STRONGLY encourage an on-site inspection in order to answer questions or for full assurances regarding the condition and features of this rental property. 7 day cancellation option guaranteed after booking only with on-site inspection.

There are four total floors in this Big House; the Ground Floor and an Upper Cottage portion (with three levels)

The GROUND floor ( floor one ) features 3 bedrooms (Bedrooms #7, #8, and #9. (A, B, & C)) and two (2) FULL bathrooms (one PRIVATE) without any steps to navigate. Hosts a Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area with a 52' flat screen.

The UPPER Cottage has three levels and features 6 large bedrooms (Bedrooms #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, and #6) and six (6) FULL bathrooms (all PRIVATE), a Large Great Room with a 52' flat screen, Plus a Kitchenette in Upper Cottage for morning coffee, snacking, and Eating for Take-out or bringing up food from Ground Floor Full Kitchen.

Three Off-Street Parking Spaces, usually good on-street free parking to be found.

Owner was friendly, personable, outgoing and prompt to respond to service/maintenance requests. Pluses: Close to beach and Boardwalk (2.5 blocks to walk). Home is well maintained outside. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Safe and beautiful neighborhood.Anomalies: Ground floor kitchen could not be accessed from the upper level floors. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, drinking cups/glasses and cookware. However, kitchen very small considering the large accommodations for guests. Also, during cooking on stove, location of kitchen in the back of the ground floor would set-off fire alarms. Break room on main floor very nice, but not full kitchen. This could be easily changed.Overall experience: Very good! Family enjoyed the house.

Extended family with young children

Multiple levels so each couple/nuclear family could have their own space, with a common kitchen level on ground floor. Window a/c units in each room, bathrooms seem recently redone. Lots of TV’s (pro or con depending on your thoughts about screen time with kids, but there’s so much other stuff to keep them occupied). Only downside was no access to kitchen level from inside the house, we walked up and down the front porch stairs. Kitchen is spacious, open to a dining area and living area, well equipped. Owner nearby and extremely responsive. Quick walk to the beach, even with young kids and ALL THE STUFF. Families with very young kids may need to bring childproofing stuff for stairs, gas stove knobs, etc. and consider if early morning or late afternoon light will disturb nap or bedtime routines - windows all have blinds but plenty of light still gets through. The town itself and beach and boardwalk were great. Aviation Museum in Cape May was a great rainy day activity.

Great Time

Nelson was attentive and friendly when communicating before arrival, and helped out with anything we needed during our stay. The house has plenty of space and was definitely clean enough for what we were looking, and the amount of beds was amazing. Location is right in the middle of Ocean City, and the neighborhood was very nice. Overall great experience and recommend renting.

Great experience on a relaxed spring break vacation

Property was at a great location and plent of spacious room and bath rooms. Nelson was a great host to communicate and very accomadative in our requests. Though the property is little old it had all the amenities and comfort you can ask for. Many bunk beds was the only minor discomfort we had but overall we all had a great time at this property.

We booked with Nelson and his amazing home. Our exceptions were exceeded. Nelson was very accommodating and made the process of renting very simple. The home was very clean and tidy.
