We had a wonderful stay during our family reunion! The house comfortably accommodated all 24 of us, with plenty of space so we never felt cramped. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly throughout our stay.The location was excellent—just four short blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Having four refrigerators was incredibly helpful for such a large group, and the eight bathrooms made things very convenient for everyone.Nelson and Ericka were wonderful hosts and made our stay even better. We would absolutely love to come back in the future!We highly recommend this house and these hosts for anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place for a large group.

Lovely home, perfect for our company retreat, rooms are lovely, cleanest house I have ever stayed in. Nelson is absolutely an amazing host and helped us in so many ways. Close to the beach and boardwalk, very nice neighborhood, plenty of parking! We can’t wait to come back again!!!

Amazing Location for Family Reunions!

We had a great time at this location with over 30 people and I'd recommend it to anyone else planning a large gathering. Pros: -Location (5 minute walk to the boardwalk) -Great Communication -# of Bathrooms -# of Beds/Bedrooms -Great Common Areas for family gatherings -Refrigerator Space

Long weekend

Great set up for multiple families spending a long weekend together. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, clean house, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Nelson was a super welcoming host.

The location was amazing. It was very close to Boardwalk activities and the beach. The completely separate condo area downstairs where the full kitchen was located was a little bit, disappointing and made it somewhat inconvenient for the people staying having on the upper levels. Having no universal restroom on the second floor was inconvenient when the occupants of that bedroom went to sleep at night. The house was definitely spacious , communication with the landlords was clear and for the most part friendly - however there was some miscommunication at checkout because the time on the Vrbo app was different than the landlord’s perceived checkout time - so some guests felt they were being rushed out when we still had 25 minutes left until the Vrbo check out time. Not a great note to end on - although I did receive an immediate apology when I questioned the situation.Overall - we enjoyed the experience in Ocean City.

Owner was friendly, personable, outgoing and prompt to respond to service/maintenance requests. Pluses: Close to beach and Boardwalk (2.5 blocks to walk). Home is well maintained outside. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Safe and beautiful neighborhood.Anomalies: Ground floor kitchen could not be accessed from the upper level floors. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, drinking cups/glasses and cookware. However, kitchen very small considering the large accommodations for guests. Also, during cooking on stove, location of kitchen in the back of the ground floor would set-off fire alarms. Break room on main floor very nice, but not full kitchen. This could be easily changed.Overall experience: Very good! Family enjoyed the house.

We hosted our first Women's retreat here, RCA Alumni Association. 26 women, we had such a wonderful stay , the house is beautiful filled with character and charm. Erica is amazing to work with, I had bo expectations but if I had she definitely would have far exceeded them! Thank you so much.

Extended family with young children

Multiple levels so each couple/nuclear family could have their own space, with a common kitchen level on ground floor. Window a/c units in each room, bathrooms seem recently redone. Lots of TV’s (pro or con depending on your thoughts about screen time with kids, but there’s so much other stuff to keep them occupied). Only downside was no access to kitchen level from inside the house, we walked up and down the front porch stairs. Kitchen is spacious, open to a dining area and living area, well equipped. Owner nearby and extremely responsive. Quick walk to the beach, even with young kids and ALL THE STUFF. Families with very young kids may need to bring childproofing stuff for stairs, gas stove knobs, etc. and consider if early morning or late afternoon light will disturb nap or bedtime routines - windows all have blinds but plenty of light still gets through. The town itself and beach and boardwalk were great. Aviation Museum in Cape May was a great rainy day activity.

Great Time

Nelson was attentive and friendly when communicating before arrival, and helped out with anything we needed during our stay. The house has plenty of space and was definitely clean enough for what we were looking, and the amount of beds was amazing. Location is right in the middle of Ocean City, and the neighborhood was very nice. Overall great experience and recommend renting.

Great experience on a relaxed spring break vacation

Property was at a great location and plent of spacious room and bath rooms. Nelson was a great host to communicate and very accomadative in our requests. Though the property is little old it had all the amenities and comfort you can ask for. Many bunk beds was the only minor discomfort we had but overall we all had a great time at this property.

I really can't think of anything else we could have wanted. Wonderful contact with Nelson, a short walk to the shops/ restaurants/boardwalk & beach, & supremely spacious. Very easy to have a good time. Highly recommend.
