Why they chose this property

This home is small but mighty! The back yard common space is like the great out doors!! Very easy to relax and everything is so close ...your right in the heart of uptown near the grocery stores, coffee shops and bakeries. Down Town is just down the hill a few minutes to. We have upgraded the unit for comfort and ease. We think you'll love the good bed and hot shower! Lets not forget a good cup a joe!!!

What makes this property unique

We think the back yard patio is just pure bliss. You can hear the owls and it feels like your in nature!! The lake is just across the street to. Great for easy walks or just sit and relax. You don't even need to leave the area. If you love to hike we recommend the AllTrails app.. its so good for learning the local hiking, DOWN TOWN and Hot Springs 5 minutes down the hill.
