Beautifully renovated luxury condo located in the heart of the desirable Continental Country Club!

This one bedroom home with a 2nd lofted bedroom has an open concept living area with vaulted ceilings that you'll love! Curl up on the comfortable couch to relax watching the snowfall outside!

This is the perfect base for enjoying all that Northern Arizona has to offer! You'll love the proximity to downtown Flagstaff, the ease of access to I-40, and the quiet family nature of the Country Club!

This 1 bedroom with an additional lofted bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The full bathroom and primary bedroom are on the main level of the home. The primary bedroom with a king sized bed has access to the full bathroom through a private door.
A half flight of stairs will take you up to the living area with full kitchen! The fully stocked kitchen opens up into the dining room with a breakfast bar!
From the living room, another half flight of stairs takes you into the lofted bedroom with a queen sized bed and a half bathroom. To allow for flexible sleeping arrangements there is also a sofa bed in the living room!

For stays of 7 days or longer, this condo is part of the Continental Country Club that offers golf, tennis, pool access, fitness center and the Bear Paw Recreational Center. Country Club amenities are available at an additional cost for stays of 7 days or longer.*

This home is perfect for a couples getaway or a family with children. The lofted bedroom is not completely closed off from the living areas as shown in photos. This home includes full kitchen & dining area, WiFi, washer/dryer & private deck with BBQ off the living room. You'll love watching the deer visit every morning and evening!

The fireplace is not functional at this time.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Short Stay Only

The condo had dog kibbles on the floor upon our arrival which caused us to question the cleanliness of the condo. Housekeeping did give us one complimentary cleaning. Newer kitchen not equipped for a 20 day stay; very limited dinnerware, utensils, and few cooking pans. Fitted all polyester sheets did not fit mattress; pillow shams were ripped. Few cleaning supplies including diswashing and general kitchen cleaners. Condo was dark and furnace didn’t heat all areas evenly. Master bedroom was either too hot or very cold. Location is somewhat good. Neighborhood is generally quiet.

Fairfield Condo

Condo was small but big enough for wife and me. Only problem we had was the grill electric cord was missing. Management ordered a replacement but probably came after we left. Overall a very nice condo and well appointed.

We love Flagstaff but not VRBO experience

Listing and photos were misleading. Did not tell no AC, three levels, no access to swimming and pickleball unless a week stay. Then extra charge. When door code was sent to us we were not told it wouldn’t open until 3:00. The worst was the incredibly long list of charges that were not delineated upfront! We were charged $250 twice for our small dog. The total costs were MUCH too much for five days at this unit. We will NOT recommend VRBO to friends and family or to people on the Next Door site encompassing a large area in suburban Phoenix.

Escape from the heat

Nice sized condo which worked well for our weeks stay. Clean and well stocked with essentials. North facing deck which made it useable in afternoons. It also had a portable air conditioner/cooler which was very much appreciated since daytime temperatures were above normal during our stay.
