Ten minute walk to the Historic Downtown Flagstaff shops, half mile to Bashas grocery store (5 minute walk), 3/4 mile (15 minute walk) to NAU campus and the Flagstaff Medical Center. Hardwood floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances. TVs in living room & bedroom w/streaming WiFi connection. This is a cozy bungalow with low ceilings approximately 6'-2" to 6'-6".

Perfect weekend spot

A very enjoyable stay for a long weekend. Close to downtown, quiet neighborhood perfect for walks with the pup, and a stocked kitchen for home cooked meals. Would definitely stay again!

Rich’s bungalow is very cute with fun retro touches throughout. The house has a private backyard that is fully fenced, which was perfect for spending time outside with our pup. Very conveniently located to downtown Flagstaff- walkable if you want, Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

4 night getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Everything is as described. Our little dog also enjoyed his stay although he probably would have made better use of the backyard if there wasn’t so much snow (not too much one can do about that however). The property owner was very responsive to messages sent via the VRBO app.

Great location/quiet

This location is perfect for walking to town. It’s also very quiet. The photos are accurate. It’s a cute place, but definitely not for taller people. The back yard is perfect for those with a dog, and the neighborhood is also great for dog walking. We love the retro kitchen appliances.

Quaint and Cute

We enjoyed our stay here. Our building was 1 of 4 with ample designated parking. The building is small with low ceilings but didn’t bother us. The backyard was perfect for our dog with a tall, private wooden fence. The area was quiet and within walking distance of downtown and a lovely city park. There was no outdoor grill but there was fire pit with wood.

Nice but not special.

This is a small older building with a nice yard. It had a bed that was horrible for my back. ended up sleeping on the couch on 3rd night using our dog bed for extra cushion. (which was still better than the bed) There's a great park for the dogs easy walking distance. Close to restaurants and bars. plus Close to the obvertory. interesting neighborhood some redone homes apartments and some homes that needed some love.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

Amazing spot exactly as described!

Rich’s place was just perfect for a little fall getaway. Our pup loved the yard and we loved turning on the electric fireplace in the evening. Walkable to downtown and even NAU for a longer stroll. Close to Thorpe Park as well. We’ll def be recommending this spot to our friends!

Cute tiny home!

Very clean and cute tiny house was the perfect vibe for our Flagstaff weekend! Walking distance to downtown and restaurants and coffee shops and shopping. Nestled in a charming historic neighborhood. But be warned, you’re probably going to brush your head on the ceiling frequently if you’re a tall person. But it’s kinda part of the tiny charm!

We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing new air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
