Great Flagstaff Experience
This cozy house just on the edge of downtown was perfect for our weekend trip. We could easily walk into downtown for restaurants, and it was easy to get onto the road up to SnowBowl. The house itself was comfortable, cozy and well-equipped in the kitchen as well as games & books.

Home away from home
This cozy getaway was the perfect home away from home. Our family spent much needed time together playing board games and relaxing after each day of sight seeing.

Comfortable house in great location
This is a perfect house for a family. The living/dining area is cozy and comfortable in the winter. The kids room, with bunks, beanbag chairs, and movies, is a significant bonus. The property manager is very helpful and accessible. The only downside is that the floor can be chilly overnight, at least in March, so thick socks are recommended.

Why they chose this property

The charm of the classic downtown house and location can't be beat! We love the small town feel and expanse of the outdoors at 7000 feet! We ski, hike, cycle, boat . . . if its outside, we are doing it!

What makes this property unique

The Birch House is located at the end of a quiet, residential street located close to it all! It's old house charm with original wood floors and windows and fabulous lighting made us fall in love with it more than a decade ago! We are certain you will fall in love as well!
