This house is so comfy and cozy feeling! Very clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Our pup loved the back yard and the area to hike behind the house. Close to town. Grace was an amazing host! We would for sure stay again!!

Grace is super responsive and easy to work with. The house is adorable and is located close to everything! We enjoyed our stay and being able to walk right to a hiking trail in back of house was fun. Kitchen is stocked, nd there is plenty of towels and bedding.

I was travelling with my adult sons, so three comfortable and roomy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made all the difference. The cottage is well-stocked with everything you need in a home away from home. We did cook a few meals and the kitchen is particularly well-appointed. The cottage is in great condition and very clean! You will love your stay! We visited Sunset Crater and the Grand Canyon, both were absolutely gorgeous. We also saw the Apache Death Caves (a sad history) and Meteor Crater, a site I would never recommend, watch the videos online and save the 30 entrance fee. And I forgot to mention the most important thing, Grace is an excellent host, so kind and responsive!

We were in Flagstaff for a concert at the Pepsi Amphitheater and could not have chosen a better place to stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. One of our favorite features was the easy access to the beautiful forest right in the backyard. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge plus.The host was attentive without being intrusive. During our stay, I experienced some car trouble, and the host was especially kind, accommodating, and helpful. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our stay. We were 2 couples. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and there was plenty of space. The electric fireplace was great since it was a touch chilly. If it had been a little warmer we would have enjoyed the nice patio and gas grill. The neighborhood is easy to get to and quiet. We visited Sedona and the Grand Canyon from here. Grace was an excellent host and we recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Flagstaff area.

Very nice, clean and well decorated cabin with a great location, about 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. It was a great home base for our explorations around the area. Excellent communication with host. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was great and it's in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. It had a great washer and dryer. On the downside, the HVAC was very loud, and the garbage disposal was not working. The cabinets did not have knobs to open the doors which I found annoying. Overall, it was a nice place with a GREAT HOST! I would stay there again!
