Remodeled, Home Away From Home with A/C, Close to Downtown, Skiing and ~NAU~

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area and large bathroom. 3 of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area that seat 8 comfortably. There is a bonus sitting room with a desk and printer for your use, as well as a large mudroom to hang skis and keep winter wear. The backyard has 2 great seating areas and a BBQ. The Urban Trail, which extends for over 50 miles through and around Flagstaff is located 2 houses down and is great for walking, running or biking. Thorpe Park is just 2 blocks away and has tennis, handball, basketball, baseball fields and a dog park. Many music venues are hosted here. The heart of downtown Flagstaff is less than a mile away. The backyard is spacious and private with gas BBQ and lots of seating. We are located in a perfect spot to explore the Grand Canyon or Sedona, ski Snowbowl, visit NAU, or enjoy the unique town and great dining in Flagstaff.

The location couldn’t have been better—close to downtown, the grocery store, and Snowbowl ski resort, which made everything so convenient.Nancy was a true pleasure to deal with—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The house itself was cozy, warm, and beautifully set up with a wonderful Christmas feeling that made our stay extra special. Our family of 6 lives in Phoenix and just recently purchased and renovated this home in Flagstaff. We love the Flagstaff area, offering skiing in the winter, and a respite from the hot summers in Phoenix. We are big outdoors people and enjoy all of the hiking and biking opportunities the area offers. We hope to some day retire here, but until then, we want to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is in a great neighborhood, within a 10 minute walk to downtown and easy access to the Urban Trail. It's also right off of Hwy 180 which makes it a great location for getting to Snow Bowl and the Grand Canyon. We have a son attending NAU and it's a vey easy ride for him to visit us.
