Remodeled, Home Away From Home with A/C, Close to Downtown, Skiing and ~NAU~

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area and large bathroom. 3 of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area that seat 8 comfortably. There is a bonus sitting room with a desk and printer for your use, as well as a large mudroom to hang skis and keep winter wear. The backyard has 2 great seating areas and a BBQ. The Urban Trail, which extends for over 50 miles through and around Flagstaff is located 2 houses down and is great for walking, running or biking. Thorpe Park is just 2 blocks away and has tennis, handball, basketball, baseball fields and a dog park. Many music venues are hosted here. The heart of downtown Flagstaff is less than a mile away. The backyard is spacious and private with gas BBQ and lots of seating. We are located in a perfect spot to explore the Grand Canyon or Sedona, ski Snowbowl, visit NAU, or enjoy the unique town and great dining in Flagstaff.

Perfect Place

2 day ski trip to Snow bowl. Nancy's place was absolutely perfect for me, my son and two of our friends. Very clean home that had everything we needed. Great location as well. Will certainly stay again next season.

Absolutely lovely!

This was the perfect place to meet our needs. Very cozy home that was even decorated for Christmas! Also well equipped for any and everything one could want to do in the area. Great location in Flagstaff with a view of the San Francisco Peaks! The owner is also a delight!

BEST VRBO EVER!

I have never had a more homey, well laid out, well stocked VRBO! The owner thought of everything...from a variety of spices in the kitchen to a crock pot to bikes in mud room and black wash cloths for make up removal. The back yard is fully fenced and dog friendly. Having a 3rd bathroom was very helpful. Location was great...close to restaurants and shopping. Owner very responsive when I had questions. Would give her a 10 if I could!

Awesome get-away

Wonderful home to escape to and get out of the Phoenix heat!! Fabulous back yard and a great little home with all of the amenities you could ever need!! Amazing weekend away!

The house and location were perfect for our family (5 adults, a 9-year-old, a newborn, and fur friends). Nancy communicated everything we would need and provided a ton of information on local places to check out. It is next to walking trails, perfect for the mornings before we get everyone together and ready. The backyard is great for BBQing and hangout with the family as well as at night the living room is perfect for game nights and family dinners. This is where we will stay every time we take a trip to Flagstaff hands down. I could not recommend it more to a group our size.

We were very much impressed at the cleanliness of this property. It is well stocked with all the things you would need. Nancy was so helpful and is available on phone calls. The place is so cozy, we felt we’re in our home. There were 7 of us and we were all satisfied to the fullest with our stay. As a token of appreciation, we cleaned verything when we left.

Cozy Home and Great Location

Stay here and you will feel like you are home! It is cozy for 2 or for a larger group of family and friends. Several sitting areas, including a lovely outdoor space. The neighborhood is quiet and private but you can walk downtown or jump on a bike trail one block away! Kitchen is well stocked— we cooked every night!!! Two thumbs up!!!

Great family stay!

We stayed at this beautiful coconino Estates home for two nights with two teenagers and four adults.We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a basket of goodies! Thank you, Nancy!This home is very well managed and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax on their own or get together as a group.Each bedroom has plenty of personal space and super comfy beds and bedding.There is a large dining room table for family style meals and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The large outdoor patio was beautiful and had multiple seating areas. If it had been a little warmer, we would have made use of that area as well. We would love to return if we we return to Flagstaff!

Perfect location for all things Flagstaff!

Enough space for us all! Well equiped kitchen, everything you'd need to cook. Super clean, great bathrooms and bedrooms. In one minute we were at the Ski Haus getting our equipment, or dinner at Josephine's..... Or just going down the hill to downtown Flag, Babbits for headlamps or Dark Sky Brewing after Snowbowl. We came to ski, just hung a left out of our street and a straight shot to the resort. Will stay again and get to use those bikes. Best location ever!

Exceptional Comfort, Perfect Location

This home is spacious and comfortable, beautifully landscaped, furnished and decorated, and generously stocked with everything you may need. Our host, Nancy, was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and had left us a very kind and thoughtful welcoming card and gift. The location was perfect for our stay to attend a family member's graduation and subsequent celebratory events. I would give 10 stars if I could! Whether your visit is for business or pleasure, I very highly recommend this property, as it will elevate your overall experience.

Great location!

We had a very comfortable stay and found the property to be perfect for two families with children. The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing. The home was extremely well stocked and the location cannot be beat! It is located in a lovely neighborhood just minutes from downtown Flagstaff. It’s also walking distance to multiple parks, trails and restaurants. When we weren’t out exploring Flagstaff, we spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the beautiful weather and private backyard. This property has it all and you won’t be disappointed! Our host Nancy was very easy to work with and she even welcomed us with a handwritten note, snacks a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch! Thank you for your hospitality Nancy, we can’t wait to visit again!

Our family of 6 lives in Phoenix and just recently purchased and renovated this home in Flagstaff. We love the Flagstaff area, offering skiing in the winter, and a respite from the hot summers in Phoenix. We are big outdoors people and enjoy all of the hiking and biking opportunities the area offers. We hope to some day retire here, but until then, we want to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is in a great neighborhood, within a 10 minute walk to downtown and easy access to the Urban Trail. It's also right off of Hwy 180 which makes it a great location for getting to Snow Bowl and the Grand Canyon. We have a son attending NAU and it's a vey easy ride for him to visit us.
