This property was super clean and had everything we needed for 6 adults. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. It was close to downtown with only a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. I'd definitely recommend this as a rental. The outside fireplace was an extra star! We made s'mores and enjoyed gathering around it with food and drinks. Come and stay here.

Pico in the Pines was the perfect place to stay on our vacation! It was a good central location to our trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Page. We also enjoyed spending a day exploring the Lowell Observatory right there in Flagstaff, near this house. The house was VERY CLEAN! This was the first time we have tried staying in a pet-friendly VRBO home. We don’t have a dog, so we weren’t too sure if we would like it. Well, we didn’t see any dog hair or dog smell at all! We had plenty of sleeping options for our family of five adults. Also, the living room was a comfortable hangout spot. We spent some time outside on the patio, which was also nice.We had some questions for the host, and we received quick, friendly responses.If you’re considering staying here, just do it!
