Amazing home

We hand an awesome stay at Pico at the pines. The home is beautiful and the hosts are very attentive and respond quickly. We were visiting for a soccer tournament and the location was amazing.

Clean and conveniently located

The property was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is in a convenient location and has nice parks and sidewalks. It’s a short drive to shopping and many good restaurants. We used it for a family get together as a base to visit Sedona and the Grand Canyon. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Home

We came to Flagstaff to play in the snow. The home was very comfortable and was in a great location. Our kids (pre-teen and teen) loved the game room! The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the black out shades. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, convenient, and comfortable rental property

I stayed here with my small dogs and I was very happy with my decision. The property is clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and full of great amenities (including a relaxing backyard area, which was wonderful with the summer weather). The property is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood adjacent to Route 66, which is a straight shot drive to downtown Flagstaff. The check-in and check-out process were super easy, too. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great house and location

The house was clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the furnishings and decor and the fireplace that could be turned on with a switch. There was lots of snow but the driveway and walkway were completely cleared for this rental unit when we arrived. Great communication with property manager.

Perfect NYE getaway

This home was the perfect place to get away from the low desert for a quiet, chill NYE.The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and friendly. We walked our dogs and went for a run.The host is very responsive and provides exceptional customer service. The home itself is well-equipped and felt like a home away from home with all the amenities you could want and need. The home is pet friendly with a fully enclosed/fenced backyard. Artificial turf makes for easy cleanup and a hose and scooper are provided. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean up with. A keurig and traditional coffee maker are provided with K-cups. Oil, salt, and pepper grinder are available, as well as some basic seasonings. You will need to bring your own ziploc bags and foil. There was also a crockpot, toaster oven, and blender available to use. The beds were very comfortable and ample linens and pillows were provided. The living room furniture was also comfortable and cozy blankets were available to snuggle with by the fireplace. Everything worked! That’s a first for us in a rental home. The backyard grill worked and had propane, the fireplace worked, etc. The checkin and out process was seamless. A binder of instructions was available with easy to understand directions and information. 5 stars for that binder!We loved this home in the pines and will definitely plan to stay here again. Best experience!

Summer Getaway
