This is a very nice house, modern and a great quiet location just a few minutes from town. It had lots of little things available like a razor blade, shaving cream Q-tips, the things you don’t normally expect. Even the kitchen had spices and such to make cooking at home easy. Our stay was for several days which allowed us to settle in just like home.

This house was very clean and that’s important to us. Was well stocked with all the supplies you would need. The location is great and so many trails to run or walk on. We loved our stay.
Walnut Canyon Hike 736 steps.
Sedona is A must see.

It's a beautiful house and had everything that you need for a wonderful stay. Kate was great with communicating information and making sure we had everything we needed. We use VRBO 2 or 3 times a year and Kate was the BEST. Thank you Kate for being Great.

Great Spot for a Family Getaway

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and loved it! The house was super clean, really spacious, and exactly as described. It’s close to town, so grabbing food or checking out the shops was super easy. Definitely a spot we’d stay at again!

Everything was so clean, organized, beautiful, and peaceful. The host was friendly and was quick to reply to any questions we had. We had all of the amenities that we needed and then some! The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe as well. It was perfect! Would HIGHLY recommend!

This by far was the best VRBO house I have ever stayed. Kate was such a great host! She thought of all the small things such as toothpaste, razors, chargers for phones! House was so clean beyond belief!

Lovely Vacation Home

The perfect location for a fun-filled visit to Flagstaff. The home has everything to make a visit comfortable: clean, very well stocked with kitchen needs, bathroom needs, games for kids and adults, big bedrooms with very comfortable beds, etc. Our family enjoyed our visit and are hoping to return again someday.

Grand Canyon Getaway

Idea setting for a family get together. The property had everything we could possibly want for our family trip. After our ride to the Canyon, we looked forward to coming back and relaxing by the fireplace. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again on our next trip.

Cozy home in Flagstaff

We enjoyed this beautiful home and it was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The home was in the perfect location and close to many fun activities and restaurants. Kate’s house was perfect for our stay to visit the Grand Canyon. The house was very clean, very well stocked with anything you would need, lots of toys to keep the kids entertained!! Would 100% recommend!!

The property is well maintained and well stocked. we enjoyed our stay. The upstairs bed room does need an additional source of air during summer days. We had a great time enjoyed the space . We would stay again!
