Wonderful stay - one of the best properties!

I HIGHLY recommend this property! This is one of the best rentals we have stayed at. It is sparkling clean, great location and space. The property manager was very accommodating - great communication as well. We loved our time there and would love to come back. Look no further - they have thought of everything to make your stay great!

Excellent stay

The house was perfect for our family trip to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. House was clean and well stocked with supplies. Ian was a great host - very responsive and helpful.

Overall great stray!

The stay was great! Everything from check in, communication with host, location of house, and cleanliness was all we could have asked for for our quick overnight ski trip for a birthday. The beds were sooooo comfortable and the sheets as well. Had everything we needed.

Nice home, walkable to downtown Flagstaff

We spent 3 days here while visiting Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon (just over an hour drive). The home was just outside downtown, but walkable (10 minutes) to the central area. It served as a mid-way point between our stops from Phoenix to Page, yet close to Sedona (45 minutes to an hour). The owner was super responsive. The house accommodated our group of 4 adults well- we walked to town every day, and especially enjoyed the back patio space for a beer or coffee while we readied or unwound from the day.

Flagstaff trip

What a beautiful spot! Close to snowbowl and flagstaff snow park. Walking distance to downtown. Beds were so comfortable My family stayed here my self my hudsand our grown sons and their wives. It was perfect for us. We will definitely come back for our jext flagstaff trip!

Quick layover in Flagstaff

Great house

Home away from home

A cozy home in a beautiful neighborhood with close proximity to downtown. The home was clean and well stocked. My daughter and I were even able to do a little baking one afternoon. We had a great time!

Perfect for our family stay for a weekend getaway

We had 2 adults and 6 preteen and teenagers. Was the perfect size and had lots of hot water for showers. Close to downtown flagstaff and NAU.

Wonderful location

This was our second time staying here for family ski trip. Easy drive to Snowbowl ski area, if weather nice can walk to downtown area shops and restaurants or super short drive/Uber. Home is clean, well set up, high quality linens and towels. Response owner, overall lovely stay!

A Beautiful, Comfortable, and Relaxing Home

This is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located for most Northern Arizona attractions. It was everything we expected and more. My kids said they would like to come back and stay here and that's saying something. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Flagstaff Location

This home was perfect for our 4 day stay in Flagstaff while visiting our daughters at NAU. The home is spacious and we ate in nearly every night. The kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed. You can tell the home has been recently updated, and everything was very clean and new. The neighborhood was awesome, it is really just a couple blocks from downtown but feels quiet and removed once you are home. We will definitely stay again.

Flagstaff stay

Stayed here in April as a base to drive up to the Grand Canyon. The location is excellent, being a short walk into Flagstaff Center with plenty of restaurants etc. The property was clean with everything provided, could not find fault, I think the lounge is actually bigger than it looked in the photos. All 3 bedrooms are well furnished and clean. Contact with the owner was always met with quick, helpful responses and check-in was easy. Will be recommending this property to other friends from the UK who are visiting in the summer.

Location!

This is a great older house in a quiet neighborhood. Literally 5 min from every soccer field we had to play on over the weekend (two at NAU). If we were used to the elevation we would have walked downtown...it's that close. The house does creak (floors)...but i found it charming. If you like hard pillows bring your own (my kids thought they were clouds lol). The bathrooms are very nicely updated and comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay Ian!

Wonderful in every way.

This one-story house was perfect for 2 senior couples who travel together occasionally. It was nicely furnished and had everything a traveler needs. The beds offered dreamy comfort with high-quality linens. We appreciated the coffee, the charging pad, and the good communication about check-in. The lovely neighborhood is close to downtown and while we didn't walk to town, we could have, but with iffy hips we decided to save our walking for the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed driving around the neighborhood and discovered a home with colorful folk art in the front yard, which was a fun surprise. (It would be nice to have night lights in the hall and baths, and we made notes to ourselves to take our own the next time we travel. since this is not really the owner's responsibility.) We can't recommend this house and Ian highly enough. Don't know when we'll be back in Flagstaff but would definitely love to stay here again.
