Sunflower Cottage is a brand-new rental, thoughtfully built in 2023, nestled on two private acres of serene country living with stunning mountain views.

Enjoy the fully enclosed backyard, complete with a barbecue grill, utensils, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a cozy gas fire pit—perfect for starry nights and fresh mountain air.

Surrounded by nature, you’ll find plenty of nearby hiking and biking trails. We’re ideally located for exploring some of Arizona’s most breathtaking destinations, including the Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, Sedona, and Lake Mary.

Please note: We’re situated just off a dirt road, adjacent to the highway for convenient access. Starting in March, the County will be conducting road and front yard drainage improvements to enhance the property’s accessibility.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the cottage and we truly enjoyed our time in and around Flagstaff. The space was spotless and perfect for our family of four, making it both comfortable and relaxing. It also served as a home base for exploring the Grand Canyon, Antelope Slot Canyon, and Sedona. The Sunflower Cottage is a true gem, the perfect weekend getaway anytime! It is incredibly well appointed, extremely clean and beds are very comfortable. It is well stocked in the bathrooms and kitchens. The back patio is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy a meal or evening drink!

The comfiest beds!

The Sunflower cottage was lovely! It was clean and had the absolute comfiest beds we’ve ever had at a vacation rental! There is a gas stove which I loved and they had extra things like ziplock bags and spices which helped out a lot. It’s right off the highway which is convenient and we’d stay again.

Very clean and nice property. Worked great for our needs and was much more comfortable than a hotel. Only negative which is very minor was the shower/tub was very slippery.
