LIVING ROOM AREA-
First Floor (Ground level)
Curl up on inviting sofa for a movie on the 60” flat-screen TV with cable as the gas fireplace warms the room. There is a working desk that includes a monitor and high speed internet.

KITCHEN & DINING- Second Floor
The fully equipped remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, dishware & glassware, culinary utensils needed to prepare favorite meals. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, freezer & ice maker. Microwave, Crockpot and toaster.
Fuel up with a choice of Keurig or a standard coffee maker. Gather at the six-person dining table. Coffee and tea are provided.
A half bath is also located on the second floor.

BEDROOMS & BATHS- Third Floor
The upstairs master suite features a new Tuff & Needle King bed, private balcony access facing North to enjoy the San Francisco peaks. Two walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Lots of natural light, vaulted celing and a large skylight to view the stars from the comfort of the luxurious King- sized bed. Also featured, 46” flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has new Tuff & Needle Queen bed, two walk-in closets with a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination. Hair dryers, towels and linens are provided. This floor also has a laundry room equipped with high efficiency full size washer and dryer. Laundry Soap and dryer sheets included.

LOFT- Fourth Floor
The loft has two new Tuff & Needle twin XL (extra long- adult size) beds and dresser. The kiddos love the loft to play inside the Teepee. However, adults will feel like the Queen/King of the Castle when staying in the loft.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Fantastic Views!
Two Balconies. One balcony is located off the kitchen level, faces downtown and is great for viewing the NAU campus, the Lowe Observatory and all the wildlife while sipping on your morning coffee. Guests can also use the gas barbecue. Outdoor patio table, shade umbrella and chairs. You can watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains.
The second outdoor balcony is a private, spacious balcony located off the master bedroom. Spectacular visible view of the San Francisco Peaks. The balcony has two lounge chairs to unwind your day or for reading a book.

GARAGE: Two car enclosed garage for guest use with additional parking on driveway and street level. Garage includes a Ping Pong Table.

LOCATION: Four blocks from downtown Flagstaff. Lots of local restaurants, shopping and breweries. Embark on daily adventures to skiing/snowboarding at Snowbowl, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, kayaking, golfing, sledding and mountain biking makes Flagstaff a year-around destination.

Nice place to stay

Nice home in a nice area. Parking was easy and it was very easy to get to NAU and downtown. The gas stove/fireplace was very cozy while we watched movies. Kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies. I would stay again if I go back to Flagstaff.

Great location

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to downtown. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Comfy bed too as a plus! Only thing to highlight is that there are a lot of stairs so anyone who might struggle with navigating stairs would be challenged. Cognizant of that as sometimes we travel with elderly parents.

Great location!

This condo is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Flagstaff. We appreciated that the unit had a garage, so we didn't have to deal with looking for parking spaces. The unit was clean and well-stocked with cooking supplies and linens. Everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay!

Getting to know Flagstaff

Our family of 2 grandparents, son and daughter in law and granddaughter had a wonderful relaxing visit to this property. It was close to everything so we were able to walk downtown as well as Thorpe park. The house was clean and comfortable and our granddaughter loved her third floor “ teepee” room.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious , clean and well maintained. We had trouble finding it the first night in the dark (plus the Maps app steered us wrong) - but once we found it we had a very nice stay. It served as home base while we ventured to Page, Grand Canyon and Sedona.

Outstanding Flagstaff Home

We had an excellent 10-night stay at this lovely townhouse. The unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We particularly appreciated the well appointed kitchen, one of the best we have seen amongst the many rentals we have stayed in. We cooked a complete, multi-dish Thanksgiving dinner! The location is also great and we easily walked to stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Constance is a very helpful and responsive host, and we highly recommend this home!! We would definitely stay again when we return to Flagstaff.

Feels like home! Just looking at the pictures, I thought the couch would not be comfortable, but it was great! Even had throw blankets. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted.

Stay here - you will love it!

We had a great stay in the Peak-A-View condo over a long weekend in Flag! The condo was probably one of the cleanest properties we have rented and was nicely appointed with everything you would need for a ski weekend including coffee for the morning. The location was great and just a short walk to our favorite downtown breweries and restaurants and also easy access to Snowbowl avoiding the heavy traffic from Route 66. We would definitely stay here again. Great job to the host Constance with maintaining a great condo with nice touches throughout!

a little family get together...

Grandma, Grandpa, daughter & 2 grandgirls (13 & 15 yrs). the kids came down from Salt Lake City & we drove from Silver City, NM. we wanted a place to be able to walk downtown & this was perfect ! Daughter & girls also brought their mountain bikes & found 3 different days of trails. also drove out to Lake Mary & they did some stand-up paddle boarding. in all.....this was the perfect place !!

Wonderful! Everything we hoped it would be!

This is a wonderful rental. Exactly as pictured. Clean and smartly decorated and well stocked. Perfect space for our family of 6. Kids really enjoyed having their own space in the loft. Kitchen was well equipped if cooking is in your plans. Beds were super comfy. Nice linens and lots of towels available. It was nice to be able to park in the garage and there was plenty of driveway space for our son-in-law's vehicle. Great location! We were in town for grandson's soccer tournament and had no trouble navigating to soccer fields. Being able to walk downtown for dinner each night was a real plus. It's an easy 4 block walk. Constance provided great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location- walk to downtown, no hassle parking. Kiddos love the loft area, parents love the private balconies, super unique layout.

What makes this property unique

Historical neighborhood, Wheeler Park Downtown that hosts a special event just about every weekend, not to mention a Sunday's Farmer's Market (seasonal). Get your kicks on Route 66 is a catchy song. Every time I see the San Francisco Peaks my heart is happy. The house is comfortable without all the cluster, simple is always best. The remodeled kitchen with the glass cabinets and new granite counter tops and island pull the entire home together. New double pane windows to let in the fresh air in but keep the winter out. Private garage with additional parking in driveway so you never have to fight for street space. Walk one block to some of the most amazing restaurants; personal favorite restaurant are the Lumberyard Brewing Co , Toasted Owl and who can resist the historic Monte Vista Hotel classic lounge in the basement for live entertainment every night.
