About this property

Charming Renovated Cottage, 1/2 Mile From the Heart of Downtown Flagstaff

This fully remodeled historic home is located 1/2 mile from downtown Flagstaff, where you can enjoy dozens of restaurants, bars, shops & numerous events at Heritage square. The entire home was renovated & updated without losing any of the historic charm. There are three bedrooms, a master downstairs with a King bed, and two upstairs, each with a queen bed and sleeper sofa for extra guests. The two bathrooms (one attached to the downstairs master and one upstairs) each have heated floors. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and all of your laundry needs, and a full kitchen with all the amenities of home, making it possible to cook whatever you desire! The front yard is on a beautiful tree lined street & has a large patio complete with table & chairs and a gas fire pit.

*During the summer months, we install window A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms, and a standing unit downstairs, which keep the house nice and cool.

The room was very clean and in a perfect location for us. It was easy to walk downtown, but at the same time have some distance from the crowds and noise. The room is close to a hospital and a busy road, but we were not affected by them at all. We would definitely come back and everyone with us enjoyed our stay.

The house interior was even nicer than expected. The kitchen and living spaces were functional and comfortable. The bedrooms were bigger than expected with additional furniture to lounge. Many nice extra amenities were on site such as coffee pods, sparkling water in the fridge, snacks, and extra bathroom items you may have forgotten (toothpaste, conditioner etc). Also a quiet and convenient location.

Spotless and SUPER charming!!!! Such a unique and beautiful house and very walkable to all the downtown fun and shopping. By far the best-stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at. You can tell the host genuinely cares about the presentation and experience. Family of 4 stayed with tons of room for each person. Couldn't ask for more.

We loved the location and the comfort. We chose to walk to coffee, burgers, the grocery store, and the Sunday morning market. On site, we used the gas fire pit to hang out, enjoy the outdoors, and play games. Inside was well equipped with the kitchen being particularly well set up for coffee.

House was very cute and very clean. We had to reach out for check-in instructions but the host responded very quickly. Soaps in showers were empty, no plug for the bath, and lint rack in dryer was completely full. But other than those small things, the house was very cute and very clean and close to downtown.

Excellent location, we were in walking distance to downtown restaurants, kickstand coffee shop, groceries etc, and it was under a 30 minute drive to the slopes. There's an indoor gas fireplace and also a outside fire pit, which is where we finished our evening, chatting about the day. Perfect rental for my family of 5. We'll be back next season for sure.

We loved staying in this adorable, comfortable cottage. It is well appointed- comfortable beds, nice linens, fluffy towels, fully outfitted kitchen and more. We enjoyed the easy walk to downtown Flagstaff. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!
